What a handsome delivery driver.
Wood was expensive, though that’s just down to market cost. It was comparable with other suppliers.
Order and delivery were top notch as usual. Sidmouth branch delivery driver is a lovely bloke. He’s also very handsome.

I'm a fairly novice DIYer and I had a couple of really dumb questions I had to ask but I was dealt with very professionally and politely even for what I'm sure is a small order by Bradford's standards. The delivery driver too was friendly and polite. Good to know I have service like this on my doorstep.

Helpfull staff, good customer service
Placed an order online the night before, first thing next morning I was pleased to recieve a call from the branch, confirming reciept and confirming all goods in stock, I was asked when would I like delivery.
I cannot ask more than this. To me this is bradfords commitment to look after their customers, sadly too many business these days do not see the value of customer service.

Weekend order...
Ordered and paid for materials on the internet over the weekend. Website very easy to use. Received acknowledgement phone call on Monday morning and goods delivered on Tuesday morning as agreed. Delivery driver very helpful, dropped goods exactly where I wanted. Thanks for the excellent service.

Collected some fence panels helpful staff
I ordered some fence panels from Sidmouth depot. I collected them and was helped by the workers to put them in the van. In a few minutes I was on my way.
