Could do better.
Delivery driver would not reverse into drive way, even though previous driver had done so. So 6 “big bags” of sand, top soil, scalpings and shingle had to be re-sited by hand before driveway could be used again. Double handling required, not amused! Also, ply sheet left off delivery requiring a second visit.

Was a 5* service - now only 3*
On a previous occasion, a 5 star rating was given for delivery of bulk bagged aggregates. This time it was only 3 star because someone decided to remove the small crane offload truck from the Sidmouth depot - the ideal tool for this particular delivery location with its restricted access. |A decision perhaps by someone who knows the cost of everything but not the value of retaining satisfied customers. My neighbours are moaning too to the extent that they are using alternative suppliers. Simon however rescued our situation by using Roger with his own small 1.6t tipper. A bit inconvenient as the bags spilled everywhere upon tipping but at least we got the job done. Someone in authority needs to reinstate the truck for the job!

Unbelievable. Morale not good.
Turned up for pick up Sidmouth 10 mins early. Sat at gate for 15mins. 3 grumpy lads. Order not ready. 6 bags post crete. Had to load them myself. From arrival to exit (pre ordered) 35mins!
