Great price, good service, would definitely recommend.

As a first time van owner it is hard to know in advance everything you need to know and do when it comes to insurance.
Brentacre were good at helping me get everything sorted. There were a few challenges and a bit of a scare about losing insurance but we sorted everything out in the end.

This company used to be excellent, I used to promote them everywhere I went and then boom.

Rock bottom, it’s crazy how much you can support a company out of the goodness of your heart and they throw it back at you like a brick, telling me they can’t do this and that etc then the next minute they can do it but they ‘waved the admin fee’? So you can do it then you just chose not to do it.

Then i had to notify them for hitting a pothole (council said I had to) they put it down as a non fault which is fine but then the under writers (markerstudy) put it down as lost control of vehicle???
I then asked if brentacre would sort this for me but all I got was, talk to the underwriters yourself and thrown to one side once again.

It takes nothing in life to just appreciate your customers especially when they’re pushing your company to many people, make a phone call to the underwriters yourself and help the person that’s providing custom to your business.

I DON’T recommend this company anymore.

Amazing customer service, professional and polite, really take thier time to go through all the details and make you feel like a human, unlike alot of other insurers. I've been with Bretacre for 3 years now and never looked back! On top of the amazing customer service comes the price, best price by far!

Great insurance Broker for my self build camper.
First time doing a camper and insurance was a bit if a mine field in regards to modifications etc.
Brentache were great and very patient.

Great company giving affordable insurance for modified cars. Simple process and cover all aspects of your pride and joy. Staff always very helpful and professional and this is about year 4 I have been with them for my van. Highly recommend them for service and cover.

The first time I've purchased insurance and felt good after the process, they operate like real people not machines, nice to speak to, not sitting for 15 minutes on hold. Didnt keep pestering me like Just-Kampers/Adrian Flux desperate for the sale. Dont charge for modifications added ect. I would honestly stay with them in the future even if they weren't the cheapest (but they were this time).

Very easy to deal with and very knowledgeable people. I have insured my Plymouth with Brentacre for the last three years after receiving a recommendation and I have not been disappointed, always competitive on price.

I've always insured my campervan with Brentacre for well over a decade now. This year, upon renewal on 10/9 I wanted to add my partner as an additional driver on the policy to avoid admistration fees, however we were due to get married on 11/9 therefore incurring administration cost for the change of Surname.
As a wedding gift to us, the underwriters said they'd waver the admin fees. Very kind and decent of them. Its so nice to deal with business's and staff that dont behave like machines.

Easy to insure my modified Van. Listed everything I have done and policy is pretty reasonable.
Easy to reach on the phone which is a bonus these days !
Luckily not had to claim so don't know what that experience would be like.
