A breakdown is never good, but Brittania Rescue made it easy to report, got help to me quickly and while not able to get me going at the roadside got me home quickly and recovered me to a garage once I'd arranged it.

Called on Sunday night as my car wouldn't start (dead battery) advisor suggested I call my insurance company on Monday morning to resolve this issue which I respectfully declined as I was stranded eventually agreed to send someone out...problem sorted many thanks to cvs24 who got my car started

Local garage passed on to, super fast response, again efficient and polite and mechanic who responded, professional, polite, cheerful and helpful.

I came back from my holidays and found I had a flat battery. I have asthma, and the fumes from plane exhaust are a trigger for me. The call handler was polite and helpful. She noted my issue and sent an agent. They arrived quickly to get me back on the road.

Flat battery at home , technician got car started then phoned local battery centre to check they had one in stock ,even put the address in my sat nav and saved me £100 by telling me where to go rather than Halfords

The telephone operator assessed the problem (broken clutch) and ordered a Recovery on the spot.
The truck arrived within 25 minutes, which was amazing.
The whole process from call to garage forecourt took less than an hour = very efficient!
