Good value, excellent service
Knowing the good value of these hampers, I ordered one as a Christmas present for friends in France. It was delivered as ordered, after the supplier went to extra trouble to ensure re-delivery (the family weren't there on the first attempt). Not just tasty, but caring and reliable.

Wonderful hampers
I bought a gluten free and normal hamper for my parents and they love'd them. The packaging made the hamper look really special and the food was amazing. Both hampers arrived on the requested dates.

Really pleased with the quality of the hampers and the customer service. I have both ordered and received more than one hamper, no complaints at all. I was due to receive a hamper but the person sending didn't have my flat number, and I'm very happy to say that the company did all that was needed to get the correct details to the courier & share updates. Very impressed
Delivering a hamper to Belgium was seamless and easy to organise on the website. I was impressed that the recipients were sent a link with potential delivery dates via email. They appreciated having a delivery when it was convenient for them, rather than an imposed date. The products, I have been told, are of superb quality, even down to a "simple" pot of mustard. I would certainly order again.

I was answered by a very friendly and helpful assistant when I rang to order a hamper for my brother who lives in Canada. She made the experience very pleasurable as I was offered alternatives to those included in the online description and was able to choose the delivery date. From there on I was kept informed as to the status of its journey and delivery. I’m assured by my brother that it was beautifully presented and the food was delicious.

I have been ordering Christmas Hampers to send to Australia for several years now. I have always found the ordering process, the quality of products, and the updates from dispatch to delivery to be very good; I have never had any major issues. This year I did need to contact The British Hampers Company over an admin query, the response was almost immediate and the issue was resolved there and then.
