Customer care is not helpful and you need to wait for an agent to respond atleast 40 minutes. My tickets were not confirmed for 5 days and then it got cancelled.

Ticket got rescheduled and couldn't helped me to get any alternative flights within my flexible dates. Moreover the worst part was the deduction and the long period of refunding. As well as no proper email communication regarding refund. Seems like a blind deal with Unprofessional

Bad Service and incorrect information
I had booked Domestic tickets from Ho Chi Minh city and also added the refundable service. However due to my current situation, i have to cancel my trip and upon trying to cancel, I'm getting fully charged. I have been trying to call the team from last week & send email and yet no response.
