The wrong is mention the cancellation fees aed 570 only why hiding other fees ? Why deduct 914 for zeida ticket for example ?
One more thing why no consideration for what is happening in UAE due to the war all embassies cancel the visa request ?
There is something you have to consider
Customer is not sleeping with money to give for free to any travel agency
Just taking the cash , make your customers sad without to understand the reasons due to stupid technology timings and systems

Not recommended.
They are preying on you.
I had selected specific route via kayak.com then was redicrected to book same flight via budgetair. They without any additional notification proceeded to book alternative flight and now instead of 1hr 45 min layober i have 20hrs layover.

This is hands down the worst booking…
This is hands down the worst booking intermediary I have ever dealt with. They cancelled my flight, and despite the cancellation being entirely their fault, they were utterly useless in resolving it.
They failed to reschedule the flight to a suitable date and refused to provide any accommodation for the disruption they caused. What’s even more infuriating is their complete lack of human support. They have no contact numbers and hide behind incompetent AI chatbots that offer nothing but canned responses.
This company is a scam-adjacent operation with zero accountability. They take your money instantly but disappear the moment something goes wrong. Avoid them at all costs unless you want to be stranded and ignored
