Cheaper packaging and weaker brew
The first thing I noticed was the cheaper packaging so not as easy to store spares out of the Bol compared to sleek nespresso boxes. Then when out if the packet and in the rack opaque plastic not as eye catching as coloured pods.
Flavour was ok but not as strong with a direct compare to same bean choice as nespresso.
I will persevere as purchased 100 based on other reviews, but suspect I'll go back to nespresso for an all round better quality product.

Great service, great price, coffee a bit disappointing.
Cheap coffee and very quick delivery. But although the crême is excellent the coffee (I bought the Forte ones) doesn't have a huge amount of taste. A bit disappointing but you get what you pay for and I didn't pay a lot so I'm glad I tried it.
The other thing is the capsules aren't individually sealed and when you open a packet of 10 the smell escapes, which makes me wonder if they'll stay fresh in the long term.

I am a coffee drinker and I like good coffee. I own a nespresso coffee maker and I always bought my coffee from nespresso. I came across Buingusto capsules and I though to give it a try as they were cheaper. I am sorry to say that I doubt I'll ever buy then again. The Buongusto is not too bad and again is not too good. I rather pay a bit more next time and buy my usual one

Excellent product / competitive price/neat packaging/speedy delivery
I think the above says it all - really good flavoured coffee - delivered very quickly and well priced compared to Nespresso - and with free P&P - also - the pods fit into my existing Nespresso holder - so convenient!

Excellent Coffee Break
Ordered ESE pads for my Dolce Gusto machine. Service band price was very good.
Pads arrived very quickly and, although I have tried only a few of the varieties received, they are are of excellent quality and taste.

not working very well with machine
I bought (quite a lot) of capsules but half of them only a drip at a time comes through the machine. Very disappointed!

We have now arranged to credit the cost for the blend you were having trouble with and have forwarded this complaint to the production team in Italy to determine the cause - we suspect it is merely an issue on the small-batch during this cycle on the machine. These Nespresso compatible capsules did not fit our machine and we have returned them.
Very disappointing and also felt that the capsules themselves were releasing the aroma of coffee even before use.
