I ordered the variety pack. It was cheaper than the competition but the little pouches need a bit more info. The box came with a "menu like " card. Unfortunately, it didn't give you any information on the actual coffee that I had received. The coffee I have tried is good quality. The ESE system works really well in my delonghi.
The delivery was within four days of ordering.
Overall I would recommend and will probably order from them again

I bought from this company as their Nespresso compatible coffee pods were around half the price of Nespresso Club products. They do not have same wide choice but we are not total coffee aficionados that it was a problem. With the 10% introductory discount the price was very acceptable and the two products we purchased ( forte and decaf ) were very good. My only disappointment was that on the website the pods were different colours. In fact both items were the same opaque plastic,without any labelling or colour coding, so it is not really easy to mix them on a pod holder or box. Just a little disappointed in that, hence four stars.

Easy on-line ordering with free delivery when ordering over a certain amount, which unlike other suppliers is not set high. Wasn't too sure which coffee to order so called the help line and was given excellent feed back. Will use Buongusto again and have already recommended them to a neighbour.

Order some coffee pods fro buongusto because they had good prices and a variety of products. It worked really nice. I am happy with the service and I am going to buy my coffee from them on a regular basis.

I made an error in purchasing coffee pods, got the wrong type. Contacted Buongusto to see if they would help.
They were absolutely great - no problem at all, they collected the pods at the same time that they delivered the correct ones for my machine.

Coffee pods have arrived swiftly - and do every thing you would expect.

From the moment I first started my order the process was so simple, they were clear with delivery dates etc I ordered a mixed variety as I wanted to sample different ones it was the Intenso Variety Pack ESE 44mm Coffee Pods (150) - No Decaf - 150 pods and look forward to trying all the different varieties, will denfinately be ordering from this company again.

Bought a coffee pod variety pack to go with the expresso machine christmas present; as we werent sure which coffee to buy. Bought direct from the web site. Ideal transaction. Goods exactly as described, dispatched swiftly. All in all great service. And the coffee is good; we will be buying again from Buongusto!
