Great coffee at cheap prices!
I ordered the Nespresso capsules and coffee pods. I found the service to be extremely quick and efficient. Both of them taste great and as I am a coffee lover I am extremely happy that I found a cheaper alternative! The Nespresso capsules ran a lot better than the other compatible equivalents and I couldn't believe the price for the amount you get. I am thoroughly impressed and recommend to anyone. Will certainly be ordering more!

great, but was surprised at the volume!
i got 120 arabica, and 120 classic coffee, with a 10% discount which was great! however, because of the packaging (12 x packs of 10), i received a huge package.

Not very happy with service
I ordered coffee pods which on arrival they where all open so unusable I emailed the company and good enough they replaced the box of pods but they were the same and I just could not be bothered to complain again so I am not happy customer kind regards

Anne - We are sorry to hear of your experience with the coffee pods. We recall your request for a replacement box in July which one of our Directors organised personally.
He actually packed the replacement case himself, checking each pod to ensure it was not like you had stated the first one was. As well as this, we tested pods from this batch to ensure a good taste profile and that there was nothing wrong.
We would like to arrange to collect this second case from you so that we may ascertain the problem to prevent it happening again - someone will contact you via the email address you left on your order.
OK but would purchase from nespresso next time.
Buongusto coffee pods were a little cheaper then nespresso so we gave them a try, the coffee strength is good but there are two reasons we will not return to Buongusto is;
1, The Decaf and ordinary pods are the same colour - nothing to define the difference so my wife who drinks decaf has to mark the decaf pods when they are emptied out of the bag??
2, Coffee powder spills out of the pod's and leaves quite a mess in the bottom of our 'Pod' container and which spills over the work surface??
Sorry but our next order will be back with nespresso!

The product we received was not what we had expected and it tasted awful
The pods we received did not look like what we had seen on the website. All the pods looked the same so there is no way to differentiate between flavours. The pods are also open so if you do not use them quickly then you have 9 other pods that are losing freshness. The open pods also created a mess with coffee grounds all over the place. The worst part was the taste. We ended up throwing out 50 of the Classico pods because they were foul tasting. We are not coffee snobs but they did not taste good at all. The Arabica tasted ok in Capucinos and Lattes, but we did not like them straight, although we can accept that this just a matter of taste. We have, however, tried many varieties of the nespresso pods and liked some more than othesr, but none were ever so bad that we to throw them away.

Greg - We are sorry to hear that your Nespresso® compatible capsules were not to your liking. I can see that your ordered 2 cases of them with us on 30th July however we received no communication from you that you did not enjoy them.
We have worked hard on ensuring customer satisfaction at all times and would like to have known about this so that we could fix it.
To touch on your points in a constructive way, we decided not to have our capsules wrapped individually as this creates a lot of packaging which forces up the price to the consumer. Instead, we use nitrogen-filled bags of 10 which last the week in which 10 capsules are usually consumed quite quickly. This is reflected in our highly competitive price.
I would be interested in understanding more about the machine that you use as we have never had an issue with customers experiencing a bad taste from our products however we are always open to honest feedback and the more information we can collect, the better we can make our products in the future.
