Top level service.
I spoke to Robin at Business Fly in the early part of 2025 about booking a long haul trip in December. Robin found me suitable flights with a well regarded carrier - Cathay Pacific - at excellent prices, and also arranged accommodation for us during a long layover. The carrier has made some changes to the itinerary of which Robin has kept us fully informed at all times. He has provided great service, if there is better and more conscientious provider I'd be very surprised. Thanks again Robin, a job very well done.
