I purchased a camera for my Swift nest box and found it at a great price with free postage and was delivered promptly, I shall continue and purchase another once this camera is fully working probably very soon.

Good quality items and quick to deliver. Item (an arbour) was also put together on arrival. Sales emails out of sync a little as received emails about did I want to buy? When I had already purchased. Polite sales team responded to my email with a query. Would recommend

Nice product and pleased with price but delivery time was long especially compared to other retailers. So long in fact that I had to contact customer service to chase the order. In my case it took around 7 days from order to dispatch then another 2 days waiting for delivery. Why can’t items be dispatched much more quickly ?

When I phoned expecting to place an order, I was a bit concerned that I couldn’t do that but had to do it online!!!!This made me a bit wary!!!???.But I did it , and got a lovely e mail explaining everything, and the man who was making it actually phoned me so that was very good customer service, so I was very pleased with the whole outcome and indeed the product, so well done!!!.👍

Buttercup farm we’re not only half the price for the exact same item but they kept in touch and had really good delivery times. Well pleased. Would deffo recommend.

The best thing was the delivery was arranged very quickly. It saved me time. The country cream stones complimented my existing lay in the garden. All round very good experience with Buttercup Farms.

I had a very disappointing experience with Buttercup Farm. I spent around £300 based on their advice, only for the product to completely fail and end up in the skip.

They’ve since tried to blame the issue on the small amount of sand and shingle I used, claiming it was too heavy. In reality, it was only a very light sprinkle — far less than what a floating platform designed for something like a duck house would reasonably be expected to support. If anything, a few ducks standing on it would add more weight and it would potentially sink., so there was nothing excessive or incorrect in how it was used.

What’s most frustrating is that when I raised the issue, they refused to take any responsibility. Instead, they claimed I hadn’t asked the “right questions,” which feels like a convenient way of avoiding accountability. As a customer, you rely on a company’s expertise to guide you properly — not to be told afterwards that you should have known better.

Their response also included details that simply aren’t accurate, which makes the situation even more frustrating. Rather than trying to resolve the issue or offer any goodwill, they’ve chosen to shift the blame entirely onto me.

Poor advice, poor aftercare, and a complete lack of accountability. I would not recommend.
