Product arrived with bits missing as package had been damaged in transit, contacted customer service and within an hour they had come back offering a solution, 2 days later replacement parts were sent

Got exactly what I was looking for. It was easy to navigate the website, and easy to purchase.
The only downside was I had no idea when I was getting the product. I kept visiting 'my orders' and it never moved off 'processing', so it was a complete surprise when it arrived. It was well packed.

Ordering was good. But it took a long time to get a confirmation email. They also didn't keep me updated with a potential delivery date until then very end. It turned up the next day after the one and only alert. Communication was poor. B

I bought this to replace a poor quality arch and am very pleased with the quality of this Poppy Forge solid steel arch. Delivery was quick with no issues.
I would buy from this supplier again with no hesitation.

Amazing archway in the Garden. The second I have bought in 3 years. I love it. Really transformational and well made. I have hung baskets on the side of it which you cant do with cheaper products. Will buy another when I have saved my pennies.

Bought a 120 gallon raised wooden pond. The finished product was easy to build and looks pretty good. Irritating that the kit didn't come with an underlay that the instructions said was preferred. All the more so because some of the timber was too full of knots, leading to rough or sharp edges which could damage the pond liner.

I ordered a plant pot. It took ages to arrive and nothing like the item advertised. Im assuming its a very cheap looking replacement for the now sold out' pot on their website. Its definitely way overpriced for a plastic tub, and not remotely similar in any way.
I have emailed to make a return and advised that I won't be paying for the privilege as I didn't order this to begin with, nor was I asked if I wanted a completely different item.
We'll see how easy a return is...

I ordered 2 x 3 drawer bedside cabinets, which arrived fairly promptly (after I had paid a delivery surcharge, based on my postcode); apparently Royal Mail charge more for certain postcodes in London, even if they're right next door to a surcharge-free postcode! Who knew?
The bedside cabinets were not expensive and so I went ahead and bought them, as I liked their appearance.
Anyway, I found the product to be pretty crappy, to be honest. I assembled the furniture with great care, but it was impossible to get the drawers to open & close freely. If I'd had the right tools, I would have used a router on the drawer runners; as it was, I gave up and donated the finished items to charity.
Moral of the story is that you get what you pay for
Needless to say, I will never buy from this company again....

I notified you of a problem with one of the hoops not being drilled on the metal Rose Tower 8ft Obelisk--e'mailed you & tried to ring several times no answer--went directly to the manufacturer & Sophie was more than helpful & very supportive problem solved--I won't be buying from you again will go direct !!
