Total Scammers
I ordered a coat but what came was completely different to what I saw. To return the instruction was to contact them and gave me an address to send to China, I sent to the address on the website but they contacted me saying I did not follow instructions and would not receive my money back.
Please do not order from them, that's my recommendation.
Drop-shipping.
Clothes are from AliExpress and have nothing to do with the description.
I wanted to make a return, these frauds never contacted me. I took this case to Customer Protection cuz I want my money back. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
Please DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RIDICULOUSLY SCAMMED LIARS CHEATERS PEOPLE.
How dishonest they are. Making people believe it is a shop in Amsterdam but the truth is that you get some trash clothes from china after more than 25 days. Very bad quality Clothes that have nothing to do with the description.
I was foolish enough to place 3 big orders, as Christmas gifts. After a very long wait, i was honestly shocked by the trash quality and wrong items. It didn’t make sense.
I have been trying my best to make a retour, but they are not even answering my emails. NO REACTION whatsoever.
Luckily i was capable to capture the address they have provided earlier (now it’s removed from the site).
I will report them to the police.
Please take action people for scam people like them.

Total scam!!! They wont accept your return, would never but from byzaaza again. I send them an email for the return and I had to explain to them why I wanted to return the item like three times. Then they said the 14 days of return time was over, which was their fault!!!!!!!! Ridiculous service!
Very bad quality. Never got my money back. No response on contact. Very bad!!

Don't buy from this website they are fraudulent webshop. First, you recevie the items totally different from the description and the photos are completely different of what you receive. Second, you receive the items from China not from Netherlands, Third, when you request to return the order, they will not answer you and do not reply to your email.
