Stole my money
I went to make an order on this website. It kept saying unable to make order everytime I tried. I didn’t think it went through as it kept saying can’t complete order and I didn’t received any email confirmations. The next day I seen 3 payments had been taken out of my bank. Iv messaged numerous times, no reply. Iv rang the contact number no answer. Iv left voicemails, no reply. I asked for the refund and items to be cancelled and I haven’t received a refund and the items weren’t even sent so they have stole my money and have not returned it. I paid for 1-2 day delivery that was last week so even if they was sending they didn’t. Please avoid iv had nothing but hassle. Try cakestuff or vanilla valley fast delivery and customer service amazing. Something this company lacks! Very angry

One item I received had split open and…
One item I received had split open and the contents had split out into a plastic bag. I cannot use this now as do not trust a plastic bag. Did email and report to the Cake Cabinet but they have chosen not to respond. Also delivery was slow.

I have not received my order
I have not received my order, placed over 2 weeks ago.
It might be out of the companie's hands but they are responsible for my delivery. I will not be using them again.

Missing Items from order placed
I ordered some items all of them being the same and only received 1 out of the 5. Contacted customer services upon receipt however, was closed over the weekend, after numerous calls I managed to speak to someone about the missing orders. Sorry just seen a text and they have said the order is out for delivery. I will see. today is the 11/6/24. Hope I receive my order soon.
