Terrible communication and worse admin skills
I received less than half of my order from 2nd April 2024. Contacted their customer service department immediately to rectify and they said they’ll send the rest out. Still waiting over 2 weeks later.
Can’t contact them by phone neither by email anymore. Definitely won’t order from here again.
Edit: I do not wish to contact you, I’ve filed a chargeback with my bank since you ignored me emails and phone calls.

Great service just let down on packaging
Great service just a shame on the packaging as one of my scone mix was received open ! That said everything else fine !!

Product received in good time and was…
My order was received in good time and I was happy with the scone mix. My only issue was that the items had been poorly packed in a Jiffy bag and so the envelope was opened/ripped when the postman delivered it. Luckily there was a clear inner bag that still kept it together.

Ordered for the first time and they were so kind to send me a complimentary gift too. Ordered lots of PME baking tins as they were priced so well and I saved an additional 10% ontop of the crazy low prices! Highly reccomend, will deffo be back!

Would happily purchase from Cake Cabinet again
Buying from Cake Cabinet was easy and the speed of delivery was as expected. Would be happy to order from them again. Unfortunately the heating cores did not seem to help my cake cook evenly in the middle, and I had to cover the cake to get the middle to bake. This was the first time cooking a deep sponge cake anyway so may have to adjust the temperature of my oven so will try again. However despite the cake looking overdone (very brown on the outside) my daughter said it was probably the best cake I have made and could not stop eating it. Perhaps looks are not everything and once decorate no one was the wiser!! ;)
