Carpetworld Hinckley... The best customer service I have EVER received in my 27 years. Had issue on day of fit which was entirely my fault but they were so understanding and kept in constant communication with me throughout my mishap. Matt and Peter, true professionals giving real customer service. Peter and the installer Blaine - they went above and beyond with their help and I've never experienced truer professionalism in my life. As you can see from my photos, the floor looks amazing and my home feels like it has been truly transformed. I would recommend them 1000 times over. Professional, knowledgeable, approachable, thorough, skilled, experienced, organised, punctual and friendly - what more could you ask for?!

Over the last year we have used this company to fit all of our carpets in our newly renovated home. Excellent , friendly , professional service. Was given good advice and not pointed to the most expensive but most appropriate flooring. A refreshing change to others I have used in the past. Reasonable prices at any rate.

We have used these guys a few times. They provide a fantastic service right from the start of choosing the flooring to it being fitted. The staff are very friendly, approachable, proffesional and polite. We will definitely use them again.

The whole experience was very good.
We went into store needing to sort out our kitchen, utilities room and conservatory flooring before Christmas. Matt was very knowledgeable & arranged everything.
The preparation and fitting all went very smoothly (our fitter Adam was fantastic).
It has transformed the areas and we love it.

The Staff at Carpetworld are very knowledgeable and provided us with a range of options to fit our requirements. (Dealt with Chris mostly) We ended up with the Oak Engineered Block Parquet flooring in our Lounge & Dining room. It looks stunning we are so pleased with the result and the standard of workmanship and attention to detail during the fit was second to none. Well done Blaine.

The balancing of the work load for the fitters proves demanding at times where the danger is to over commit and then fail to fit on the date expected.

Carpet World will be our go to provider of Floor coverings going forward

Very professional and helpful with purchase, advice was good and no pressure to purchase most expensive if anything the guy was saving us money, job split over 2 days and was done great very happy with company/purchase and fitter used or the job.

Whole experience from picking a carpet through to fitting was fast and professional. Had great help in the shop helping me pick what I wanted, very quickly came out to measure up and fitting was done a couple of days later. Fitter was great, polite and did a great job too.
