Excellent service, from advising on the type of flooring we needed to the fitting, will definitely be using again.

Really pleased with the whole experience, from initially visiting the store to determine which type of flooring we wanted to the installation itself. The staff in store were very helpful and there was no sales pressure at all. The stages to fit a hard floor were explained, dates were set and the fitter was very punctual on each visit, very obliging and helpful. A trustworthy visitor.

Waited in all day today for a delivery which has been booked for weeks. Called at 3pm as delivery still not here, was told it’s on the way. It’s now gone 6pm and order still has not turned up. Called but office is now closed. I have a fitter booked in for tomorrow which now needs to be cancelled as I have no carpet for him to fit!

Matt was extremely professional but more importantly very honest and helpful. He listened to our needs and requirements and helped us pick our carpet. Didn’t feel like a salesman, more like an advisor - not pushy at all.
10/10 for service, delivery and fitting. Our house looks amazing!

Excellent service. All arranged over the phone due to COVID: cheerful, helpful staff, good price. Fitter was bang on time and did a lovely job. Will be going straight back as we’re doing the spare bedroom next...

Fantastic service from carpetworld! Even through the pandemic, they have sent me free samples and arranged ordering and fitting over the phone and through email. The fitter was fantastic, very respectful and was socially distanced from ourselves. Would definitely use carpetworld again!

We've had our carpets from Carpetworld for many years. We can't fault the cheerful, brilliant customer service and helpful advice. A recent problem was dealt with immediately and to our complete satisfaction. The carpet fitter did a terrific job, again so cheerful. Totally Covid Safe! Thanks very much for everything.

From start to finish the choice and service along with measuring floor space for a quote was so professional . The finished wood flooring With new skirting has made the room a family room , and attention to detail, well its second to none. If your buying your first home or moving house and want to change your flooring , carpet world will be your best choice . Look forward to changing every room with carpet world.

Ordered a carpet for our lounge. Service from picking carpet, ordering, to it be installed was first rate.
Had numerous calls to update with progress, and even a call the day before to confirm all was still on.
Carpet fitters did a top job as well.

I was really pleased with the excellent friendly service I received from Matt and the team at Carpet World in Hinckley. From the very first contact they were courteous, efficient and helpful . Good advice regarding choices and budget too . They did what they said they’d do - not that common these days ! Fitter Adam was great too . I highly recommend Carpetworld and we will certainly use them again .

Although we experienced a delay in the fitting of the carpet. We are very pleased with the overall service, quality of carpet and also the fitters have done a first class job. Would have given 5* had the fitting not been delayed, but accept it was outside of their control. Will definitely use again and recommend.
