Excellent service, quality and price. Really great to work with, nothing was too much trouble and were more than happy to let me do one room at a time which made getting new flooring fitted much easier, Matt and Chris were brilliant.

You are guaranteed fantastic service from the team at Carpet World. Matt in sales was helpful, knowledgable and nothing was too much trouble as he organised the installation of Sierra Oak LVT in Herringbone style for our living room and dining room. Very professional and speedy service. The team are very knowledgeable and provide great advice. I had an entire 3 storey house carpeted and the carpets were installed within a week of purchase. They’ve also done well with the social distancing measures, with an appointment-only service. Compared to the normal high street chains I found them to be considerably quicker and cheaper. While here range might not be quite as big as those chains, there’s more than enough choice. Would definitely recommend.

We had Lino fitted in our Bathroom. The service was great from start to finish. Even though we were unable to visit the showroom, Matt was very helpful over emails and the phone and we are really happy with the results! Will be using them again.

Thanks to mark in sales who was very helpful.We have had fitted hall landing & stairs,1week ago now the lounge. All fitted by Ollie who was on time,& very tidy cleaned all bits of carpet up.would recommend carpet world very pleased.

I have just had some fantastic Moduleo LVT herringbone flooring installed by Carpetworld. The price was great for the quality of the flooring. All the staff are helpful and knowledgeable which made the whole process quick and easy. Would buy from them again without hesitation.

We have used this store for about 16yrs purchasing carpets, solid oak flooring and laminated flooring. The service we receive is outstanding hence why we never go anywhere else. The prices are competitive, the staff are very polite & helpful, and the service is very efficient too. There is a huge range of flooring to choose from & on the one occasion a carpet had a manufacturing fault it wasn't a problem to sort. I highly recommend them and continue to shop with them still.

Can’t rate Carpet World enough. Helpful and friendly staff when we first went to choose our carpet with great advice from Matt on colour and quality and underlay. When going back to pay it was very efficient and one member of staff even entertained my 14 month old!
The fitter turned up on time and completed a big room in great time and was very friendly.
I would definitely return again in the future.

I can’t recommend carpet world enough. From start to finish they were amazing. In the shop they are really helpful. Our room was measured and we were able to book in for it to be fitted quickly. The carpet is such good quality and looks great. Thank you carpet world we will definitely be using you again.

Just an update since my last review. Laminate fitted beautifully by an expert carpenter - and a good quality product at a good price. Very happy with my purchase from start to finish. Thanks Carpetworld, I would highly recommend you.

I’ve used the chaps at Carpet World in Hinckley for 8 years now, I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else for decent advice, and great quality.

They never try and oversell you stuff, they’re honest, and all very knowledgable, and not pushy in the slightest.

Just today ordered my 8th carpet with them, all four bedrooms were done about 2 years ago, and other rooms in the house before that

Definitely recommend them without a doubt
