You can improve by advertising the true cost of the road tax
You can improve by advertising the cost of the yearly road tax . You advertised the cost as £200 per annum and it was not . Only after I had signed on the dotted line it transpired that it was in fact £650 per year . At that point it was too late to pull out of the deal . I would never have purchased the car if I had known. I have tried to raise a complaint and nobody ever calls me back . Terrible after service

Worst car buying experience I’ve ever…
Worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. Failed to deliver on pre arranged date and I had to drive over 3 hours to collect. When I was on site the salesperson constantly walked away during and the paperwork took well over 90 minutes to complete. Would never use again

Once i got my head round Carsa not being like your ‘normal’ car showroom it was plain sailing. Steve in Portsmouth was brilliant to deal with and super helpful and i drove away with my ideal car a day later with the warranty i wanted.

Brilliant! From my initial online enquiry and valuation to driving home in the chosen car, such a great experience. Full marks to Guy and his outstanding team at Portsmouth who really need to get some air conditioning in their greenhouse 😀. Very easy to arrange viewing of the…
Very easy to arrange viewing of the car, test drive also arranged easily. During the start of the test drive the rear off side tyre was showing as 18psi compared to the other tyres, and the front number plate was loose where the screw had come out. I asked the salesman if we agreed to purchase the car, coukd he could reduce the price by £50 so we could get the tyre checked. He said no but he could pump it up. I did say it would be nice if he or his manager could just reduce the price do we could get it checked. Was told no which was a shame. However we purchased the car and will get it checked ourselves. Seemed a bit restrictive really.
