Withdrawal review times seem to purposely take to long so if you want a casino with fast payouts then probably best to play elsewhere
Edit 1 : they asked for my information through trust pilot sent it to them but they didn't respond
They wanted ID on my account but never emailed or brought this up in live chat so had to just guess they were requesting it then I sent through documents and was told that they had all the documents needed just for then to email me a day after asking for more
Edit 2: emailed stating they would remove some funds from withdrawal as it went over the bonus limit that's all good but then they put the £100 cash back into my balance when in the UK once a withdrawal is made it should not be given back to the player , and lets be honest we all know why they put the funds back
Did recieve the withdrawal in the end managed to pay it the same day I requested it the seconed time

The funds were placed on your balance in order for you to request the withdrawal, as was stated in the email we sent you. Although you could log into your account and request the withdrawal, you were limited, and not allowed to play down any of these funds or place a deposit until your withdrawal was paid out, keeping in line with UKGC regulations.

I spoke with live chat and was told it will take 24 to 72hours for my payout Still no money went back to live chat again and was told that they was still vewing my last document. I text them back and said i got a email from Casino Cruise stating that my account is verified then was told to wait for a email about my payout. Once this is sorted I have to leave this as a 3 Star. Fast to take the deposit but not fast to payout.
