Great service
Living in Mauritius and not being able to try the shoes - I was a bit sceptic and hesitant, but still went ahead as they looked so good. The expedition was super fast and I had a size issue but the aftersales service was very understanding, flexible and helpful so issue solved and happy customer! Will for sure order more!

We offer for sale models that may not be available in stock at any given time, because we offer our customers the possibility of having them manufactured by our workshops. Although this means a longer lead time, our aim is to enable our customers to acquire a model that they want, while offering them an experience that is faithful to that in the shop.

Caulaincourt online buying experience
Caulaincourt shoes and accessories I ordered online are of excellent construction and use quality materials. I rate the customer experience very high. They (Arthur) were very responsive to my many inquiries. Finally, turnaround time from ordering to delivery in California was quick (<1week). Looking forward to be a repeat customer.

I'm writing this review after buying my second pair from this exquisite maison. ##lenghty read##
Materials: leather quality is top notch! I've ordered a wholecut as my first pair. You can assume they only use the best portion of the hide for this shoe, but I was surprised with the leather quality and consistency with the second pair aswell, a full brouge oxford. Lining is full leather and heels are leather stacked: you're getting great value for what you pay for.
Construction: both my shoes are blake under channel, single soled slim and light on the foot. La Font, Caulaincourt founder, believes in using different construcions for different purposes. I wont be surprised in them excelling in goodyear or bolognese, for example. Stich density is really high.
Lasts: contemporary, snug yet comfortable and in a large number. You will surely find the right last for you!
Looks: patina a la carte in a wide range of colours makes these shoes stylish, giving the owner a chance to express themselves and dare a little bit.
Customer service: the website is user friendly and easy to use. Arthur is always willing to go that extra mile to make sure clients' needs are addressed and problems solved.
To sum it up, I'd recommend Caulaincourt to anybody willing to bring their shoe game to the next level without breaking the bank! Cheers from Italy

I ordered a pair of the Bronx 2 loafers…
I ordered a pair of the Bronx 2 loafers after a friend recommended the brand. Ordering was easy, and the shoes arrived quickly, despite me living in Texas. The loafers are absolutely beautiful and are very comfortable. I wear an 8.5 in US ordered a 41.5 here. A size 41 would fit better, but it isn't a problem because I'll need to wear socks with these to comply with my work's dress code. I am very happy with my purchase and will order from them again.
