SAVASTANO
I purchased the SAVASTANO boot.
Here is my break down
Quality - 4 out of 5 nice leather
Look - 5 out of 5 The shoes are beautiful, I get compliments all the time
Comfort - 3 out of 5 Unfortunately, the top rim of the back of the boot digs into my skin. After my first wear, my ankle was in pain. I now have to wear a band aid to protect my skin.
Overall I am happy but wish the boots were more comfortable

The site is difficult to browse and…
The site is difficult to browse and still exhibits products that are out of stock and will not be produced again, not up to date. Issues with yahoo email accounts are unique and brings the wrong message to the customer. I had to make an international call to contact them.

At every step of your order you have received an email (in your spam box obviously).
For your information, be aware that every step in your order is updated live in your personal account online on www.caulaincourt.paris
So you had the informations twice.
- if you have received our order confirmation email you would have got all the informations needed regarding our purchase and the delivery timing, the same that you also have in our general terms and conditions available online.
- about our website ergonomie: As you can see while looking at our trustpilot note other customers seems to be satisfied. We would appreciate advises from you because we do not understand in your message what has disappointed you.
- regarding Carlton (that was not in stock in your size) : mister Porta Delsol who is our eshop manager has brought you some answers at that time. Mistakes happen. We work everyday to avoid it but sometimes it happens that stocks are not correctly updated.
We truly understand that the global experience is important, but we really hope that you are more satisfied with the product that you have been with the technical / digital aspect of it.

Exceptional value for money
Exceptional value for money. Quality of leather, sewing, patina all satisfactory. Fit (Savile model) surprisingly generous. I have feet like a T Rex, wide, high arches and forefoot, so the level of comfort from a reltively sleek, French RTW last was unexepected. Recommended.

They are hand made in Italy, and painted in Paris, and we use the best crust (vegetal tanned leather) sea calf.
