I'm only giving one star because you have to. It should be a crime to steal and mislead American people this way. The pictures were stolen. All of the clothes I ordered for my children looked like trash. The prints were stamped on, no 3d anything, bad printing. When you reach out they ignore and block you. They also block you on FB when you comment.

The quality of delivered items is very poor, nothing looks like on the picture in the shop. Even though kids like the design and want to wear it. After wearing the marerial broke in a seams if both dresses after 2 times putting on.
The items ship from china, which is not evident when you order.

CCMOM is a huge scam!!!

Basically before buying understand that:
1) there are no returns. You will have to pay for the return back to China and the cost would be more than the cost of the items you purchased
2) a lot of items are made of polyester - cancer causing chemical plus very uncomfortable for the skin, not breathable fabric. Please spare your child
3) many photos are not real but AI generated. You would not receive the item you see on the website, you will receive a completely different piece of clothes that somewhat is similar to the photos. I am not talking about different quality. It's a different item completely.

Terrible customer service. Lied to me about delivery. The items were delivered to the wrong state. Took th 2 month to deliver it to me after series of complains. Once the items were delivered, it’s like someone sewed it by hands. No label,no nothing. Looks like cheap junk. Never returned my money back. People, don’t even spend you money and time for this cheap junk. They will never return your money back . They don’t even have return policy.They post pictures from somewhere else. Their real products look like cheap junk!!!!If I could put 0 for their products , I would .

The style, and the quality of the three dresses that I did buy were great! With prices going up on everything that you buy nowadays I did not have to give up the quality of the price that I had to pay for these dresses, which were affordable for me.

Ordered the orange short horse dress in 3t and the blue rainbow long sleeve unicorn dress in 5t. Both are great quality. washed nicely, and are true to size. Adorable!

I recently purchased this sweatshirt, albeit a bit hesitantly as there was only one review at the time. But, wow, I'm pleasantly surprised! The quality is astonishing - it's thick, feels luxurious, and has a cushy feel. I've washed it once, and it held its shape perfectly without any color bleeding. The vibrancy remains intact! I'm genuinely hoping they expand their range because I'd love to buy more. Highly recommended!

I would give 0 stars of it was an option. I canceled my order before it shipped, because it was going to take 2 months for the item to arrive. I received confirmation of my cancellation and that I would receive a full refund. I never received a refund and they proceeded to ship the wrong size item. When I emailed them about the mistake they gave me the run around. This is a shady company run out of China. Don’t waste your money!!

Scam site. I realized right after I purchased. 😆 a few days later the seller sends the email that my order is delayed - with a discount to purchase again! I filed a dispute with PayPal.

Product took 2 months to ship. Then what I received was completely different and much poorer quality than pictured on their website. CCMOM refused to refund unless I return the product first at my own expense…from USA to China. They never disclosed product shipped from China. I tried to file a dispute but despite having comparison photos and email correspondence evidence, I still can’t get my money back. It’s a complete scam.

The clothing is terrible quality and not like the picture. I also didn't receive all the products that I purchased, and did not get a refund after many emails claiming that they had refunded. Not worth the money or headache!

Terrible website - do not order anything. I have ordered more than once as items came first time were as advertised, second time around , I spend £70 on three items for Christmas and they are SHOCKING !!! The jumpers are okay quality but look like a market rip off compared to the photo advertised (the reason I placed the order) and the dungarees are so bad they are like a paper thin cheap material that my daughter couldn't possibly wear unless she is having a fancy dress costume party!!! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE

I wish I could add pictures to show the difference between what I ordered and what I received. As with other reviews, it’s a bait and switch, the quality is NOT what is advertised and after 15+ emails back and forth, they offer you a coupon off your next order. I asked if I ordered again would the quality be the same and they actually had the audacity to say “I suggest you pick some essential items then you will get what is actually advertised”. Basically, buy socks and you’ll get get socks. How is this even legal??? Luckily I paid through Klarna who are (still) investigating but it’s been 2 months of trying to get my hard earned money back. I ordered because I trusted instagram to not advertise fraudsters, when I commented on CCMOMS posts that I was unsatisfied, they simply blocked me.

This website is an absolute scam. It took two months to receive the product and I honestly wish they just had not sent it because it is lesser quality than a drug store Halloween costume. They either steal pictures from other brands or use AI images of garments that doesn’t physically exist. They will pretend to work with you via email however PayPal does not consider any refund offered via email as “proof” or an admissions of fault, so you can’t get your money back unless you return the item to China which cost as much as the item, which they obviously rely on.

Very disappointed , another China crap! Cheap quality , small sizes, shipping take 2 months and still half of the order not arrived.
False advertising, pictures not matching items I received. Customer service ? Forget about that! Return is impossible. They will offer 10% discount on your next purchase…. Really? Do not waste your money.

This company is a scam, I never received my order of 300.00. I received three items out of 12. The items i received looked nothing like the picture or as described in the description section. The refused to refund me my money, and their reviews are fake. They only approve the fake reviews. It's been a month still haven't received the rest of my order and still no money. They switched the pics to the actual product they sending out to cover their tracks, but its not what i ordered at all. Its a Huge SCAM!!!

Terrible quality. Big disappointment. Nothing close to what is shown on their website.
