I just received the 2 little jackets I ordered for my granddaughters. They are adorable and true to size. I was reluctant because the description didn’t describe if the jackets were lined. When I received them I was delighted to see that they have a nice puffy lining. I ordered the shiny jackets, one in pink and one in purple. They are very lightweight and a have a soft comfy lining. Perfect colors and shine for little girls. The price was great too. Very satisfied with my purchase. I took a star away because of the description but I would have given a 5 star. I would definitely order from this company again

Bought a jacket I saw on Instagram from them on 9/16. It is now 10/25 and I don't have so much as a tracking number or proof that it shipped. I have emailed them. 5 times and they have said it will "ship soon" and they have " thousands of packages" using the same prewritten messages over and over. At one point they sent me "proof of shipping" with a blank tracking number field and foreign delivery service URL. Clearly a major scam

I was so excited to receive this beautiful dresser. they came after a month looking horrible and bad , cheap quality+wrong size
I tried to contact them for a return or exchange they refused so now I am stuck with 60$ trash dresses

As per many previous reviewers, I received items that were nothing like the items described and photographed on the website. The item supplied is a cheap printed copy made from inferior materials. I believe this is a case of deliberate false advertising.

I have been offered a refund but am yet to receive it. I plan to escalate a complaint via PayPal.

I ordered four items back on September 6. Today is October 19 and I’m just receiving they sent me one dress and a pair of free sunglasses. The other items were not sent. The dress was not the same and it looks horrible. It looks like someone made it in five minutes. It’s not even a decent type of material flowers were sewn on with a little bit of thread and the picture on the front is not the same. This is disgusting and this was a birthday gift for my granddaughter. Wish I’m ashamed to give her at this point, this company is a scam. Please do not order. I should’ve read the reviews before ordering.

From the moment I placed my order, to the prompt arrival of a cozy hoodie, the experience was a delight. The quality was outstanding, aligning perfectly with the captivating pictures on the website. My son adores the hoodie, and that joy is priceless.

Garbage. Had to set up a dispute with my cc company because item never arrived. Reached out to customer service and received this: We feel very sorry for the inconvenience and the delay.
Your order will be sent out soon while there are thousands of packages that need to be sent by turn, so it will lead to the delay.
We will send you a gift as compensation for the delay. Could you please give us some time?

Same as all the other one star reviews. This website is a scam and the order never arrives. Stay away from it.

I ordered over a dozen dresses. All were not like the picture. If the title said “embroidered” the dress was better quality and had some 3D stitching, the Appliqué has some patches stitched on, but we’re very poor quality, and the pieces that don’t mention “embroidered or appliqué” are just printed on a very basic slip dress.

Have low expectations. Some items were cute but faded after 1 wash. Obviously I wouldn’t buy from them again. Wish I could get my money back. Lesson learned.

The positive reviews are almost certainly fake. They all read similarly and all a little too glowing and unrealistic. This site is mostly a scam but their tees and leggings are fine. Anything fantastical, textured, embroidered (ie the clothes in the ads they run) is AI generated photos and what you get dropshipped to you looks like crap and nothing like the photos. On the other hand, to be totally fair, the stuff that's just normal clothes, like leggings and tshirts, are actually really cute and seem to be of a decent quality. I canceled my order before shipping and they told me I would receive a refund in three days. I did not. Then they sent me some of my order anyway. Since they agreed to give me a refund but have not done so, I am escalating with my credit card company.

CCMOM is using AI-generated images of garments that don't exist. You'll receive a farrrrr lower quality item than what is pictured in the product listing. The product image may look like it has layers of different fabrics, embroidery, 3D elements, etc, that will not be present on the actual item you'll receive. Instead it'll just be a flat printed image on fabric.

I ordered a couple of dresses from CCMOM on August 18th. Even after complaining to their Instagram 2 weeks after ordering, got a "I'm sorry please understand message", it still took 1 week before I got any shipping notification. It was shipped from Hangzhou, China. When one of the dress arrived it was probably about 60% the same as the picture. You will not find pom2 or textured surface on the fabric. The top part was embroidered but the bottom part of the dress was printed. There was no special petticoat underneath to make the dress puff up on the bottom. Just a regular 1 lining dress. Do I think it's pretty? It's okay. But it's definitely not the dress I want to buy. I believe there's a real dress version somewhere out there and they just recreate the much cheaper version. If you do want to buy just make sure to give some time for shipping (Sept 22 and I'm still waiting for the other one to arrive) and lower your expectations on how the item should look like because it's not going to be like the picture you love.

Please watch out... I've been waiting almost a month for a coat and get very weird email replies when asking for its whereabouts.
I genuinely don't believe this is a real store.

Awful customer service and return policy, and very slow shipping. Don't recommend.

I'm only giving 1 star because I can't give 0, I placed an order for a dress for my granddaughters birthday party on 5/8 it should have been delivered in time for her party & I'm still waiting, I sent emails they were ignored then I got through on Instagram & they answered & said it would still be sent, I've since messaged again & they are not answering anything I've sent. I'm really disappointed in the whole service I've now asked for a refund but still being ignored. My advice is don't bother to order from here!!! People don't have money to waste on nothing.

I just want to point out that there are two types of positive reviews on here. But they use synonyms to change the sentences. The reviews make the same three points, in the same order. Do you see it:
1. Child's wardrobe looks better...... watching my child wear the clothes makes me happy.

2. Claims to have personal buying experience, claims the site is real, quality is great.

I'm writing this because I want to warn those like myself who didn't read the reviews closely enough. But mostly I want the curators of the site to see what I see.

The mesh is completely different from the photo because the designs are printed and not embossed also the fabric is 100% polyester Delivery waiting time too long

I order, payed, and after 2 weeks i canceled the order because they did not even started the delivery. It's over 1 month since I try to get my money back, they refund 10$ out of 72$ and don't want to make the whole refund.

It's just cheap fakes. The dress I ordered was not 3D like on the images but a cheap print on cheap material.
Reviews on the website get deleted.
