You might be tempted by the low prices ("I'm not losing that much money" was what I thought) but DO NOT buy from this site. It took several months to get my order, only after I emailed several times. Each time I received a form letter apologizing for the delay with no shipping estimate. The product advertised online was brightly colored, embroidered with puffy fabric so you can see the dimension of the designs. What I got was a cheap knock off flat graphic design that was printed on generic nylon fabric. The graphic was even drawn poorly! Everything was extremely cheap, including the zippers and collars and cuffs. The arms were super short for both adult and children sizes. I waited months for this scam to conclude and I am not happy about it. Think about the other tens of thousands of people they ripped off and how much they made off of this scam.

If i could give 0 stars i would. Ordered some clothes after an ad popped up on instagram. The clothes looked Sooooo cute in the pictures. They look 3D. When you get them, they’re NOTHING like it. Cheap material, poorly printed copy, literally a copy of what theyre “selling”. They blocked me on instagram for saying this. They’re refusing to give a refund. Wanting me to pay almost double to return the item so i can get a refund. Can’t believe this is legal and still in business! Please don’t order from them !

Absolute biggest ripoff. How is this company advertised on Instagram?! Shame on Instagram for allowing members to be scammed. I wish I could post the photos of what was advertised versus what I received. How is this legal?!!!

They don't send you the item that is pictured on the site, they send a very cheap imitation that is somewhat similar. They do not except returns, they do not refund your money. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, YOU WILL REGRET IT.

So I ordered a “puffer jacket” and what I got was a light summer running jacket at best!

The pictures are somewhat accurate, however, if you are expecting an embroidered piece modify your expectations, because you will get a printed piece of the design that you have asked for.

The shipping was around two months not the 7-14 working days advertised. What I got was serviceable. It was in no way shape or means what I ordered. The pockets were just zips. They were not actually pockets just zips sewn onto the jacket and what I had expected to be embroidered detail was just a design simply printed onto the jacket fabric.

Classic bait-and-switch. They show you gorgeous, likely AI-generated clothing designs and then deliver low-quality knock-offs with similar colors but made with cheaper materials, no/little stitching, no buckles or straps, missing design features, etc. I was tricked.

I also got no tracking number at any point and the first item of two only arrived 2 months after my unitial order, despite multiple emails requesting updates. I never received the second item (it needed to be switched for another, for no reason), nor do I want it anymore. Waste of time and money.

Ai made pictures of clothes, clothes are fake! Scamm watch out

This is a fraud. They make you wait two months for absolute garbage. Buyer beware, you will regret it.

The products are completely different from the picture on their website . I wonder how they think they will succeed lying to customers like that...

Buyer beware. My order took two months to receive. I sent several emails asking for return because the quality of their merch is CHEAP. They respond, but avoided my question and kept sending me more coupons to buy from them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Trust me and all the one stars here. It’s a SCAM!!!!!!!! Don’t lose your money like I did! I sent them an email asking about my stuff, and they sent me a $20 discount for the inconvenience.
10 days later I sent them an email saying that I’m gonna do a bad review every week till I get my things or not delivered. Then they sent me another email saying that my order was refunded. I didn’t get my money yet. So I’m gonna keep making bad reviews here and there to make people aware of HOW BAD THESE PEOPLE ARE!!

Ccmom completely misrepresents their product. It is fraud. I ordered a heavily textured "cloud" jacket. After waiting 5 weeks, I requested a refund. They denied my request saying "these take time" and after 8 weeks, I finally received a jacket; unfortunately it was an awful print attempting to copy a 3D design in 2D, but worse. It's a scam. I'm several emails deep trying to resolve via returning which only takes me deeper into the scam..."allow us to give you a $20 credit" in an attempt to have me give them more of my money. Don't buy it for a second! Lesson learned, I'll be in ISA (Insomnia Shoppers Anonymous) for weeks trying to recover my pride

Items delivered NOT the same as those advertised. Similar, but very different. Website states “easy returns” but when actually trying to return CCmom state that it’s very expensive to send and have to pay import tax. So instead they only offer a gift voucher to spend. Which is not ok. How likely is the next thing I order also going to be a shoddy unfinished crappy version of what I see being advertised? Avoid this company at all costs. Not worth your time or money.

The item I received was totally unlike the image on the website. I'm stuck in a never-ending circle of emails requesting a refund to no avail. It's a scam site planning and simple.

Clothes they send you look like nothing in the pictures. Returns are made practically impossible and getting a refund is a MADDENING experience like you have never ever experienced before. I gave it a shot and lost, so will you. Absolutely stay away.

Item never arrived they admitted this had been lost in transit and would I like another one how ever I do not have 2.5 months to wait so I suggested they refund my account but sadly after more than a dozen emails saying this refund will hit my account within 3 days it hasn’t.
I’m unsure wether this company is legit and if this item ever was posted.

Bad advertising

Ordered in July, never received, they only respond to give them a few days. It’s been months and I have not received the clothes nor a refund. Very disappointed and frustrated. I am disputing on my credit card.

Sept 23: order placed (purchased 5 items)
Oct 15: I emailed requesting update, otherwise I will cancel order
Oct 16: ONE item is sent out from the order
Oct 17: I cancel the rest of my order, and indicate that I will return the single I item I purchased which was actually sent out
Oct 19: CCMOM confirms they will send me a refund within 3 days
Oct 21: Despite me cancelling my order 4 days before, ccmom ships out one other item
Oct 24: Item arrives. It clearly is not the same item that is shown on the website. The website picture was likely created by AI which is why it looks so good. The bumps and ridges on the sleeves and the puffy material at the bottom appear 3D in the website photo as if they have been attached/sewed on, and the quality of the collar seems much more fluffy like sherpa. The jacket that was shipped has no 3D effect and is a cheap print of the AI-generated image, the quality is obvious in the difference in the collar - they're not even the same collar.
- I email again to find out how to return the items, and CCMOM refuses to give me instructions how to return the items.
Oct 25th: I email again to ask how to return the items. Again, CCMOM refuses to tell me how to return the items and threatens me with an expensive shipping fee (when it clearly doesn't cost that much because they offer free shipping), and still doesn't tell me how to return the items.
Oct 26th:
I just checked today and have not received the refund that CCMOM said on Oct 19th I would get within 3 days. Opened credit card dispute today to get my money back
