The items you receive are not what is pictured on their site. They are very cheaply made knock offs. The positive reviews on here are obvious fake.

the order took forever to come in
the picture online looked like the dress had some dimenson/texture to it or embroidery but didn't have that when it came in the mail. it is a cute dress but nothing like the picture showed

Clearly this website is a scam. Products were consistently not delivered and the product received does not resemble the photos advertised online.

Today I received my order #MOM58570 and it is missing 6 items. This is the second order I have placed from CCMOM. The first order I placed was missing items when I received it and when I emailed CCMOM I was told the items were out of stock. (They did not email me or offer up this information in their own. I had to reach out to them). When I requested a refund for these items, no one responded to me email but a week later the “out of stock” items arrived at my doorstep.

Because the issue was resolved and I received all of the items I ordered and the quality appeared nice, I placed a second order.

However, in the second order most of the items that I purchased were not delivered (again with no notification from CCMOM) and the two items that I did receive are not even correct items that I ordered.

I ordered one sweater that on CCMOM’s website appears to be embroidered, and seven dresses that on CCMOM’s website also appear to be embroidered.
The two dresses that I receive are not embroidered, and in fact one of them is not even the same cut as the dress that is advertised for sale on CCMOM’s website and the second dress is a different dress entirely.

Took over a month for the dresses to ship, they did not ship until I requested a refund. Upon arrival they were not like the images. Images showed pieces sown on for 3D effect, in person they were printed imagery. I think these are knock offs of original pieces.

SCAM do not buy from this company had a change of heart cancelled order. They do EVERYTHING but cancel and even ignore the OG email and say to give it a couple more days as my order is just coming. But shopify says other wise. Just stalling. I have been in constant contacts 2 weeks now it’s accidentally been shipped out… Oh but wait not 4 items that I can get a refund on… 4 items!!! 2 of which might I add are free and the other 2 the cheapest out the order…. I contact them directly and now through PayPal. The positive reviews are clearly fake or influencers that have been paid by freebies. Appalling… I will not let this lie…. And will see that this company be removed from social media. Praying on families with bargains utterly disgusting. And don’t get me started on the blatant dis regard of STEALING images from other legitimate companies…. STEAL your money and STEAL others work.

It has taken a while to receive everything (1 month+; still waiting for a couple of things) but I was impressed with the quality of what I did receive. Prices were not extraordinary-- they're not giving this stuff away (think of a toddler dress working out to be between $15 and $20), but I think it was reasonable and the items were unusual. So far, cautiously good.

CCMOM have not delivered 70% of the items in my order. I have ordered dresses for my Daughter's birthday. They delievered only few items of repeated followups. I have been chasing them for more than a month now for the rest of the items ( which are of no use to me now because I had to order elsewhere for the clothes to arrive in time for my Daughter's birthday) and they refuse to take any responsibility and have asked me to enquire with their couriers. They have refused to arrange for a refund. They do not have a process to address disputes and returns. Be very careful when you order from them. They seem to be a scam company. I am obviously never going to order again from them and neither would recommend to any of my friends

It’s been 4 months and I haven’t received my order. They will not give a refund. Do not but from them!!

Ordered a jacket for my normal sized granddaughter in a 7 yr. They will not exchange or send me a return label for their missizing. They are awful as I have asked 4 times they said they would give me a 10% reduction and I could donate it or pay for shipping it back!

The quality is awful. According to the photo you are expecting a beautiful vintage dress with embroidery. In life, you get a cheap-looking dress with poor-quality prints (!) instead of embroidery. Too wide in the waist, a waste of money.

Fake photos to advertise + zero return not possible to return. Very impolite service..

Please dont shop from Ccmom and save your money.

This company uses photos that are not theirs to advertise their clothes. What you receive is far from these photos. The fabric material, the blurry mis printed fabric, see-through dresses for toddlers, sizing is all over the place, the buttons are cheap, the sewing is poor.
They do not have a return center. You have to go back and forth with them offering you several different small percentage coupons for a future order. I've finally received an address to return it, which I will pay postage of $30 for, and multiple times they claim it will easily be lost in transit.
It's not worth the gamble, save your money!

This is a real site, and yes you will get real stuff, but beware of two things:
1. It will take 6-8 weeks to get your order.
2. The clothes are not well made or of quality. It's like buying from SheIn or Temu - cheap. Yes, even the cute stuff with appliques, they are cheap and fall apart.
So don't pay much and don't expect much.
I won't order from them again - partly because I don't want to support fast fashion, partly because it feels like a waste of money.

I ordered several clothing items for my daughter from CCMom. MONTHS later some of them arrived. They were extremely cheaply made polyester knockoffs. Later, I realized they'd stolen the photos from Boden's website, where the genuine cotton products exist. They did not look like the ones in the photos, either. I wrote and wrote customer service, attempting to get a refund. They only offered me a tiny compensation, and told me that it wouldn't be worth it to send it back to China. THIS IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I never got any money back.

I did an order with them and immediately realized I used the wrong card. I sent an email and received a response that they would cancel the order and refund me within 3 days. Instead, they shipped the order anyway and wanted to offer me 10% back although they admitted it was their error. Very untrustworthy and I am filing a complaint. This totally disrupted my finances as I trusted them when they said the order was canceled. Please be leery in ever purchasing from them. The communication is hard because they reply in the wee hours of the morning due to time difference.

Order was placed 02/24 included a dress for Easter— I should have read the reviews… Easter came and went with no bunny dress—- here it is April 15th and my order finally says it’s out for delivery.

When I did email for status they didn’t even ask my order number or anything just sent a generic message that they were working on orders,

EIGHT WEEKS.

Communication was terrible, shipping was delayed well beyond ANYTHING received from China from other suppliers. TERRIBLE business model

Absolutely awful company-avoid at all costs. The clothes look nice on the website, but arrive and look nothing like the image. Poor quality and poor sizing. I attempted to return the items, which involves contacting the company directly for return details, and they never replied to my emails. Awful clothes, atrocious customer service-the company should be shut down.

Do not be deceived by this company’s beautiful images and purchase from them. The images are taken from websites like Boden and JCrew and the products they send you are horrible quality. Could be from Walmart clearance. They’re not at all what is advertised. Unfortunately I didn’t do my research until receiving half my order (still have yet to receive my other half and it’s been a month). And I found other warning about the same thing. Save your money. Do not buy from this mom.

Ordered a jumper and dress which were an advent calendar with flaps (a friend later told me they are a rip off of a company called Boden). They arrived and were different to the photo and had no flaps. I asked for a refund and the company won’t let me they keep emailing back offering 10%, 15% off etc even though I’ve said I didn’t want them as the quality is not what was advertised

Clothes were ok, but came a month late and all the holiday stuff was useless because the holidays were over! I wrote them repeatedly for the whole month and they were not helpful, just repeated a stock answer, "will you wait a few days more?". No.
