Appalling company!
Appalling company! I wish I could give zero stars… Avoid at all costs. They promise you the World when you sign up, but fail to deliver. They are then really ride and uncooperative.
When they “forget” to pay the network you get disconnected automatically and best of luck then trying to get hold of anyone to rectify the issue.
I’ve had to report them to OFFCOM and it turns out this is an ongoing issue.
My advice is to avoid at all costs and go direct to the network itself.
Edit: As discussed with the manager at this company, my bank have confirmed that the DD was NOT cancelled and is very much active! I could see this when logging into my account...
The reply given is not accurate and this manager was rude and unhelpful and disconnected the call rather than try to assist.
Eventually I managed to get the matter resolved by O2 and OFCOM who have taken this complaint very seriously.
My intial comments and review of this company stand. I just wish I had checked the other reviews before doing business with these people...

Dear Mr Pritchard.
I am very disappointed to read what I feel is a very unfair review.
Your Mobile services were recently suspended by your network provider for non payment. They have advised this is a result of the direct debit being cancelled by either you, or your bank. This is not as you put it “Us” forgetting to pay, you are responsible for payment of your own bill.
As your account manager, we had attempted to make you aware of the outstanding balance by contacting you at your office, by calling your mobile number, and also by email. These attempts were made consistently between 3rd March and Yesterday, 19th March. We also left a message with your colleague on 12th March asking for you to contact us urgently, he advised you were on holiday until the 19th.
You spoke to Kirsty yesterday morning, and after reviewing the call, I am proud of her professionalism and calmness in the face of what was quite an abusive call. I must ask, that if you wish to speak to our Call Centre, which you are welcome to do at any time, you conduct yourself in a polite and professional manor. Our agents are here to help, and rectify issues, but not to be abused by customers.
I would add, that if you are experiencing financial difficulties, and require extra time to pay we will always assist in any way we can, but avoiding a bill and not communicating with your supplier, ultimately will lead to a service being disconnected.
