Above and beyond service and after care.
Kerry went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. Spent lots of time getting to know our business and how we worked. Realised the importance of how fast we needed our equipment for business continuity. So glad we are working with Kerry and Chadwell telecom. The reason I didn't give 5 stars in the first place is due to the issues I had receiving initial calls and texts. However ......the customer service that I received from Kirsty, Alison and Ashleigh was amazing, the cost of the phone and package is fantastic and the overall plan is great ....I will definitely be recommending Chadwell to my colleagues, friends and family.

Harassment
I’ve had absolutely tons of phone calls from this company for no reason whatsoever. I’ve told them I’m not interested and they still call me back. It’s 5+ calls a day even when I block the number they ring off another one! Really bad harassment !

Exceptional service provider!
Steve and the team were exceptionally accommodating, understanding and supportive in getting the system up and running, ensuring we were clear on the process of porting the number from BT, how the equipment would work, and then being on hand for tech support when we were unsure how to navigate an issue we faced.

I called feeling disillusioned and frustrated. I was put through to Kirsty to help me resolve my issue. In less than a minute I felt more positive, having had several solutions presented to me.
