SIM Connection issues

My sim was not connecting for a few days after signing the contract. But when I contacted the Team they started working on the technical problem and by the following day my phone was working. I was impressed with their efficiency. Also, they kept their word by reimbursing o2 as agreed when I signed up, the balance from the contract.

Top Notch

This company were very quick in getting in contact back with in the hour of sending email, and they have excepted liability and credit will be payed back. So I very pleased with the outcome and happy to carry on with them.

I have had a good experience transferring from EE

I transferred from EE and found the experience problem free. Information on the website is easy to access and billing straightforward.

Straight forward business contract move

Straight forward move from Vodafone. It even paid the Early Termination Charges from Vodafone. Not only its cheaper but can also use contract in EU. Mobile signal, including data, has been a great improvement compared to Vodafone. Recommended.

Scam callers call unsolicited three…

Scam callers, I'm receiving an unsolicited call three times a week. Googling the number will give you results that they are scammers. Mis-use of GDPR. Ignorant arrogant rude sales staff. Do not trust.

In response to your reply I have had maybe ten calls in the last month. Delete my data.

Firstly thanks for providing the additional details required to locate your record.

I can see from our records, we have placed a total of 2 calls to your mobile number, firstly on the 26th January, then again on 5th March, both this year. After reviewing the initial call you did request for your number to be removed and unfortunately this wasn’t done. This was an error on the part of our agent, for which we sincerely apologise. I can confirm your number was removed, on the second request made 5th March.

I can assure you we are fully GDPR compliant, and a separate email will be sent to you confirming this.

In relation to the attitude of our staff, after listening to both calls, I’m not able to agree with your comments, both agents were polite and courteous at all times, I will however apologise again that your number wasn’t removed on the first request, this has been flagged for additional training.
