We ordered some floating shelves from Chill House via B&Q and absolutely loved them. We then contacted Chill House directly to ask whether they could supply bespoke sizes for another project we were working on.
They were incredibly quick to respond and more than happy to help with our request. We’re absolutely delighted with the quality of the shelves and the excellent service they provided.
We would 100% recommend them.

I had a couple of queries pre and post purchase. I received prompt and helpful replies in both instances

I ordered 2 floating shelves. 1 shelf had pre drilled holes and 1 didnt. However upon contacting Chill House. They couldn't have been more helpful and promptly sent a replacement within 2 days. I would happily purchase from them again.

Website needs to be looked at…. Soooo painfully slow to react to each click.
When paying for my second order (ordered because the products are good despite painful process TO order), it repeatedly refused to accept my card, my husbands card and any card I offered!! Rang to speak to someone as the order was required urgently, was told to email my request. Never heard another thing.
Please sort out your website as I am certain it is losing you money.
