Disappointed with the quality
Disappointed with the quality! I bought Live Edge Floating Shelf 6x1.5M and delivered on time but the quality is very poor. The wood itself looks dull, dried, and hallow. I applied varnish to make it beautiful but the varnish is coming out. For almost £60, I feel like it's waste of money.

Excellent customer service
Very happy with both items I have bought from Chill House: a beautiful coffee table and, more recently, a bracketed shelf to use as a mantel piece. Their customer service has been excellent, going above and beyond to deliver the items in a timely manner, and also providing useful advice about product care. Recommended!

Fast delivery, good quality
I ordered a live edge shelf from Chill House. The quality of the product is very good and it was delivered way faster than I was expecting. Ordered on Wenesday and it was delivered on Friday morning.

Great product, easy to fit with the supplied fittings and instructions. This is a solid wall shelf, that looks superb! The delivery was quick and came well packaged, will definitely use Chill House again.
