Bad quality/not safe products and terrible customer service
Bought some live edge floating shelves and the quality is absolutely horrendous, they're not live edged, they're cut with a bandsaw and they're not finished well and don't look like the pictures at all.
I had a joiner install them and they don't support any weight, I put an 8kg weight on it (less than half of what it should support) and it bent to the point of useless.
Customer service is also shockingly bad, they keep blaming me for everything and won't acknowledge their shelves don't function and are dangerous, we have a baby in the house and things could fall onto her if I used the shelves as intended. Oh and if you buy bespoke they charge you more and won't offer you a refund but also if you buy standard and alter, they still won't recognise faults and say you not eligible for a refund. I gave so much evidence to prove faults and they still won't acknowledge.
Waste of time and money.

Quality chunky shelf
Bought a custom size live edge shelf to use as a window sill.
Wood is really chunky, colour staining is very good. Overall very pleased with the price, quality and speed of delivery. Would definitely recommend Chill House.

Great customer service and product!!!!!
Great customer service and product. I've ordered 4 shelves but the colour didn't fit my furniture. Contacted the office and was allowed to send them back for revarnish. Absolutely so problems. I couldn't find reasonable price for courier but Monica from the office helped me with it. They came back 5 days later and are simply wonderful. Perfect fit!!!!
