I found it difficult to place the order for the shelves that I wanted.

This is the second time I have used Chill House. Another fabulous floating shelf delivered quickly and well packaged. Have not put up yet as only just arrived today but looks lovely. Hopefully will have no problems putting it up. Thank you -will definitely purchase from you again.

Love the shelf we got, it has fitted well to wall although despite trying to get perfectly horizontal holes it’s not perfect, good enough though!

Brought shelves from them and they're really well made and lovely pieces. Instructions were clear, delivery was quick and easy. Honestly looking for more places I can put shelves to order again

Wow! Ordered some floating shelves for our living room and initially hesitant about the price but the quality speaks for itself! I would buy these ten times over. They have absolutely transformed our living room and we can’t stop admiring them! The customer service is also great and assured us of their returns policy, which we definitely didn’t end up needing!

I ordered 5 live edge floating shelves for my living room.
They were coming at 130cm length size, which was 1cm too long for the space I had.
I contacted customer service and without charge they offerred to cut them for me.

The website was easy to navigate, lots of information available and the choice was fantastic. Our floating shelf arrived within a week and was well packaged. The shelf itself is an excellent quality real piece with natural variations, knots etc but has been prepared to a high standard and looks great in our living room.
