Had a dispute with them. At least ten mails wich proved their mistakes. Promised me a refund but not got it. Luckely that i payed with paypall and got my money back. Never again! To avoid!!!

Made an order to Lithuania. Very pleased that they took care of the quality of protection of the goods during transportation) Packed very well.

Fast delivery! Ordered Sunday got it on Wednesday and i do not live in Germany! The car Great! First i was a bit sceptical to order going back and forth for 3 days! when i read some reviews broken cars and other problems! But thank god everything went spotless.

Been using these guys for years !! Always fantastic service, products usually arrive here too the U.K. in a couple of days if not held up by customs, just got X2 Porsche models 1/18 scale, they were "299 euros each" from Porsche, got both for 288 euros including postage !! ...always had brilliant service from them ...thanks guys

They sent me a broken model car and when i complained the staff replied in a rudely way that they can just offer me 10 euro discount if i want to keep the shipment.imagine the price of the model is more than 100 euros and offering me a stupid discount. i told them they have to arrange the return and send me a new piece and they clearly refused it.Customer service staff (Miss Aysegul) was very rude in her email & told me i have to arrange the dispatch my self & once they receive the model back they will refund my money. It is extremely non professional behavior.It was my second purchase and probably my last one ever.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NON PROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!!!

Purchased two 1/18 models. One arrived damaged. Contacted them and they advised me to return the damaged model and they will refund me the postage and cost of Model.

Thereafter didn’t reply to any of my emails after I sent the model back. In the end had to involve PayPal and open a dispute case. Case closed in my favour and payment refunded.

Ordered sunday received today friday, all correct, well packaged.

Fantastic experience! nothing, really nothing went wrong with an international transactional to the USA.

Huge selection of model and competitive prices, added what I wanted to the cart placed the order, took less then a week to arrive from Germany to ireland, Great packing no problems whatsoever any time I've ordered off them, will definitely return. :)

Avoid at all costs. Received 1:18 model with rear wing completely broken off. E-mailed them numerous times and sent photos of the broken model and they have not replied to any of them. Also sent a message on messenger to which they replied and told me send them an email. Absolute disgrace and disgusting customer service. I have since opened a case with PayPal. Do not purchase from this company.

3 months waiting for my order and still nothing received. I've send several which they respond twonofvthem and stated that I have to wait a little bit more as they make a mistake in my address. As a client for several years which I spent a lot of money this is not acceptable

I ordered a car because it was really cheap, it got send off the next day. I live in Belgium, but the package arrived after four days. I opened it and my car was fully protected with paper etc.

Very unreliable customer service. They tell you one thing in the emails and do the opposite when when they send you the model. Obviously they have plenty od customers and don't care about YOU !
