Ordered 9 items, all came correctly and were very well packed. Took 2 weeks to arrive so bear that in mind if buying from the UK and needed urgently.
Prices were very good and far cheaper than UK websites, great range as well for F1 models.
Also, if buying from the UK you will be charged VAT during shipping and £6-12 customs handling charge so factor extra 20% in addition to the cost when ordering.

I ordered from them a couple of months ago, and received wrong item. Obviously that was frustrating, especially because of the hassle of returning the item from a different continent, but they were very understanding, responded quickly to my emails, and refunded me fully including the shipping to return item.

Bought from them again recently and am very satisfied with the product. Shipping was quite fast, just a little over a week, and they package their items well.

Snel verzonden echter nooit aangekomen. Handtekening en naam niet van ons. Dhl geeft aan het met CK modelcars te moeten regelen alleen die reageren helemaal nergens meer op, dus verkopen prima maar dan houd het wel op bij deze firma.

Shipped quickly but never arrived. Signature and name not ours. DHL indicates that it has to be arranged with CK model cars, but they no longer respond to anything at all, so sales are fine, but then it will end with this company.

I have bought 5 high tier limited models (170-270€) in the past two months, and 3 of them had damage/mistakes on arrival.
Now they are sold out, and not possible to get a replacement anymore.
The customer service barley answer any questions, unless I ask multiple times.

I ordered F1 model cars for the first time from them. They got here within 3 weeks, which is a long wait but definitely understandable. Quality is satisfactory because I'm not that much of a collector. Would definitely recommend them.

Several orders in the last years, 3 as far as I remember. Everything was fine because the items were shipped without problems until the last one; 2 of 3 items had problems and when I tried to contact them for the first time to get a solution, they don't answer the emails. 3 emails in the past 3 weeks and nothing. I will not trust this store again because they seem to want only customers with no problems but when the customer has one, they don't seem to care a bit not even to write back.

Been a client of the store for years for now. At first i was buying models from their ebay store but now it's more efficient to buy directly from their site, since there are many promotions and vat is neglected for my country. Parcels are always well packed with wrapping materials, no models broken so far. During these harsh times with covid this is the only trusted supplier for my hobby now, cause some models are just impossible to get due to their limited edition amounts.
Hope my experience will proceed further in its successful way

Ordered a F1-model, very quick delivery to The Netherlands (delivery took a few days, way faster than I thought it would be). Packaged very well, should be able to resist a lot of bumbs and shocks. Original cartboard box where the model came in looked great and undamaged, same for the model. Great service, great product, will definitely order again!

In this weekend I bought 6 displaycases, and already on tuesday they arrived at my door in Denmark. Not my first buy at Ck-Modelcars.de , and certainly not my last. I'm very satisfied with the Displaycases, who were well packaged. I recommend Ck-Modelcars.de.

First purchase since the Custom Charge was introduced. The Model was Lost in the System. I asked for help from CK Models & was blatantly told it was down to ME to chase & find my Model NOT them!!!!
NEVER AGAIN.

I have bought from these guys for 6 times and most of the times I have a good experience, However in my last purchase I did not receive all the items and they kept blaming other parties for the missing item. The package is sealed and tightly packed when I received it and there is no way someone stole it during shipping.

Their email support is not cooperative and didn't reply me back for 4 days. After i told them i will do a paypal dispute, they replied immediately in less than 5 minute. Currently i have opened a paypal dispute and i hope i got my money back.

Terrible, I placed an order 2 and a half months ago and still havent gotten my package. I am constantly asking for a refund but nothing is happening, I just keep getting reassured that my package is on the way. Awful experience.

İ bought a Norev W126 and i am really statisfied of the service. İt's delivered in 3 working days to Belgium (with saturday and sunday 5 days[DHL --> Bpost]). The Track and trace was availble within a day. The model was really good sealed and packaged. The models are also very good priced, they are cheaper than the competitors. İ highly recommend this site for buying your models, but first do a good research about the model itself because it's mostly the fault of the manufacturer that the model is poorly made! İ bought lots of models and this site was the best of them all.

Just received my model! Very pleased with it! Quick delivery to Belgium and packed as model cars should. I will definitly be ordering again as I just started collecting, saw some awesome discounts aswell! Big thanks to CK-Modelcars.

Ordered a car and bike about 10 days before christmas (this was for myself so didnt want by christmas) its now 20 January and it still hasn't arrived. All they say is there is a 6 week investigation with dhl. So basically it'll take 2 months from ordering to get my money back. I would delete this if they refund me

I ordered from these and i must say i wont be doing it again very poor customer service. I paid on the 15th dec .and still waiting will not refund very poor
