Recently bought a Spark 1:18 #7 Toyota TS050 model, but on arrival the two antennae on top were broken off. Sent an email about this on Thursday evening, by Friday morning I had a reply asking for pictures so they could judge the damage. Sent the pictures that Friday and on Saturday morning I had a reply detailing steps to either get a refund or replacement (my choice). Dropped off the package at a local DHL pickup point, and just over a week later I had a new model, in perfect condition, with no extra hassle.

First time place an order of Mercedes g500 & the package came well packed, with no damage. Will buy again from here.

I have places two separate orders with CK models. The first order was for a 1:18 figurine and the second was for a 1:18 model car. Both orders were packed remarkably and the speedy service was excellent. I would happily order from here again in the future and recommend this seller to anyone in the U.K. Thanks CK models.

Since I began collecting I have favoured CK Modelcars.de.... The speed of service, the quality of packaging, the excellent website and the regular bargains keep me coming back for the latest Spark releases and the ones that time forgot... Trust CK to make your Spark collection swell....

If you are human like me, be careful here. I made an order mid November or Christmas. Once it arrived I hid the unopened package from our children. On Christmas morning I was greeted by a damaged car, it was loose in it's box. I tried to email info@ck - the mailbox was full, tried the Facebook page, they referred me to the mail address. I tried again, an email went but they ignored it. I tried again this week and was asked for photos. Guess what the photos wouldn't email, so I shrank them - only one would email to them. Then after all that stress and nonsense they told me I had 14 days to complain. Those are the rules. So they have no decency or good ethos towards customers, absolutely no goodwill. So I have to close my account and deal with carmodel.com It's a pity.

My wife paid for a 1:43 scale model of my cherished classic car as an anniversary gift. It cost €70, not an inconsiderable sum. After 7 months the fake chrome trim on the passenger side began to peel and then fell off. I was irritated by this defect but kept the car on display showing the good side. I decided to complain when a model car vendor in my town said I should return the car. I entered into dialogue with ck-model cars and stated I was seeking a refund due to the poor quality finish. I was directed to their returns web site. On receipt of my package an employee of ck-model cars sent me an email admonishing me for not including the plastic case and original spark package, and served notice that for this reason my complaint was futile. The author sarcastically wished me a nice weekend and that was the last I heard. I replied twice to no avail over the next 2 days. I explained that unlike some collectors I discard the packaging, because I do not covet them as future collectables. I simply want to enjoy them on display. I returned the car extremely well protected with the trim that fell off. I wrote this review because classic car enthusiasts need to know that ck-model cars have no regard for customer care.

Being a 1:18 collector it is very important both packaging and model reach one in pristine condition and on this occasion it did not. We have purchased several items from this vendor before and this is the first time we have complained. Rather than return or accept 10Euro voucher, we simply requested reassurance that there would be in future protective packaging sufficient to protect internal display packaging and model inside. That was 2days ago and as yet no reassurances have been forthcoming. All other models purchased from CK have been excellent buys, therefore it would be a pity for poor customer service to spoil this. UPDATE: A few days have now passed with no response therefore one can only assume customers service is of little to no importance here. Score dropped from 3 to 1star to reflect this.
