Worked like clockwork
The advisor I engaged with took the time to understand what I required. She could not offer an immediate quote (vintage moped so not unusual). The promised call back came with a competitive package that I bought.
Documents arrived within the hour. I had opted for an agreed valuation. The form arrived, I completed and returned and within the hour my valuation was agreed.
The whole process worked like clockwork. PS interesting apologising messages while briefly put on hold. Well done you

The first thing that impressed me was the fact I wasn't put on hold for 20 minutes. I spoke to a perfect gentleman named James who spoke to me as if we were having a chat in the pub, great guy. Then (apart from the legal stuff) he explained all the benefits of the policy which were far more than my previous policy and, £72 cheaper. Great staff, great price.

Great people, great service!
The people at classicline are allways nice and friendly and very helpful. They never forget that we are actually people, not numbers, and I allways appreciate that. They go the extra mile to make sure I get a good deal. Ive been with them for years, and hopefully will be for many more. I do look at the market, and classicline allways come out as good value. I insured my Lotus Exige S2 Cup 260 with ClassicLine, and from the start it felt like I was speaking to people who understand cars, not just ticking boxes. The agreed value discussion was sensible and realistic, which is exactly what you want with something rare and a bit special.
James was spot on — knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to deal with. No nonsense, no chasing, just sorted everything quickly and properly.
The whole experience felt tailored rather than generic, and the value of the policy is very strong for the level of cover.
If you’ve got something a bit special and want an insurer that treats it that way, ClassicLine are well worth it.

Very good customer service, I am restring a VW Bay Window Van left hand drive so not your common vehicle. The young lady knew what to ask and was appreciative of the input needed at this end so ansked all the questions which needed asking.
