Problem due to paint suppliers failure, but resolved by Clean and Coat
In July I entered into a contract with Clean and Coat to jet wash my roof and spray it with Thermilate roof coating.
The roof was jet washed on 17th August, and coated on 1st September. Both operations were carried out but the finish was patchy. It transpired that the paint supplied was faulty. Clean and Coat will re-coat the roof with a different product when the weather is suitable, and the suppliers approve the weather conditions. This will be at NO extra cost to me.
