Coffee Box

Delivered as promised. Well packaged and presented. It’s an Xmas gift so the recipient has yet to try the coffee but I’m confident they will enjoy it. Seems like good value for money too.

I wouldn't bother

I wouldn't bother, especially if you are buying as a gift!
One of the sachets in my box was not sealed properly and ground coffee is everywhere. All over the packaging, tissue paper and other sachets.
CoffeeBox seem to think it's ok to just replace the dodgy sachet and are ignoring the fact that, as a gift, I want it to be right, I don't want coffee grounds all over the rest of the products.
They are not being very helpful at all!!! After 2 weeks, they have still not managed to come up with a satisfactory solution. It's not rocket science, send me a new one and I can return the damaged one...doh

still waiting…

Ordered 11th November and still waiting to receive my order, after 2 weeks I emailed them that I hadn't received any update on dispatch and they responded they'll dispatch in 2 to 5 working days... it's been 2 weeks since then and I still haven't received my order. Scammers likely.

Still waiting

Ordered 24 November. Still waiting . Have chased numerous times
but have never had promised call back. Wish Id checked reviews before ordering as there seems to be a big problem with this company.

Very bad experience, terrible customer service.

Ordered Sage Oracle Touch Coffee Machine early August & the website indicated delivery within 4/5 days. Every update from Customer Service had to be requested by me and it only became clear after about a month that Coffee Box did not have the coffee machine in stock, despite early updates blaming non-delivery on delays processing my order due to Covid. I finally lost patience early November and cancelled the order but then had to contact the credit card company to get a refund. Interestingly I then ordered the same product from an alternative supplier and received the coffee machine the following day. Coffee Box offer the lowest level of customer service I have ever come across, and by their own admission some of their e-mails contained “incorrect information” i.e. lies. Easily the worst internet company I have ever had the misfortune to use.

I ordered a gift for an employee on…

I ordered a gift for an employee on November 3rd and thought they'd receive it in a day or two. The employee contacted me on November 30th stating the gift never arrived, so I emailed the company asking for an update/refund. It's been a week and I still haven't received any form of communication, which is BS. Don't use this company, they're horrible!

Took my money and didn’t send goods....

Ordered over £150 worth of items from their website for partners Christmas present. That was 16th November. Nothing shipped or sent. They use a call answering service so you can’t speak directly to them and they do not respond to emails. I’m out of pocket with no goods either. Please, do not use this company, they are cowboys.

Dreadful

Glad to see I can leave a review on TrustPilot as Coffee Box don't publish reviews on their own website if they are negative. This company is a joke - don't hold stock, take your cash, blank your emails asking for updates and won't let you cancel. Avoid at all costs - plenty of other good suppliers.

This is a fraud.

Request a chargeback from your bank as soon as possible if you have not received your goods within a reasonable timeframe.

Refunds will not be forthcoming.

Do not order from Coffee Box

Do not order from Coffee Box. I placed my order (Fellow Prisma Attachment and Fellow ODE Grinder) over 3 months ago and it never came. Coffee Box refuse to help me on the phone and by email, and refuse to provide me with any other means of contact. Have never experienced anything like it before.

3 months later... still waiting! Awful experience.

I ordered an exorbitantly priced kettle from Coffee Box back in mid-September and they duly deducted the price from my account. As we enter December, there is still no sign of my kettle and the only contact I have from them are vague excuses and a loose promise of "throwing some free coffee in" but even that only when I chase.

This has been an awful experience and not at all what you would expect when paying a premium price!

Stay well clear... the products look nice online but they don't actually appear to have any!!!

AVOID

AVOID. I do not know what is going on with this business, if they are struggling with staffing or are a straight up sham but I can only recommend to avoid.

Like many others I placed an order for an item “in stock” and ready to dispatch. After weeks of waiting I enquired and was told it was about to be sent. Another week on and nothing, so I decided to cancel my order and request a refund.

More weeks have now passed and there is no sign of my refund - in spite of chasing three times and being assured it was being processed. The initially responsive customer service replies (that promised everything and delivered nothing) are now silent. As a result I am having to go through a chargeback process with my bank.

I am left out of pocket and without my item. Ultimately I managed to get the same thing within days from a competitor - go elsewhere.

My Product arrived smashed, and Ive tried to contact the company for a replacement, and I havnt had a response, its now been a week so i will be claiming a refund through paypal
