Contacted Commercial Trust and spoke to Ross Walker. He was brilliant and said he could get a few good products for my remortgage. The whole process was really straightforward and no hidden extras. Ross knew the range of very competitive mortgages really well and stayed in touch the whole time until we completed. His colleague was fantastic chasing everything daily and it was really easy to upload documents on line. Premier Property Lawyers were really effective, efficient and incredibly competitive on price! Will definitely use their services again.

From the first call to Commercial Trust to enquire about a re-mortgage of a buy-to-let property to the successful conclusion of 2 re-mortgages, this has been the best experience in all the years we have been in involved in mortgages and re-mortgages for our buy to let properties. The staff at Commercial Trust, Jay,Charlotte, Abby,have given my family fantastic support over the last few mths.
