Disappointed on the quality manual
Very disappointed on the quality of the manual how to operate the console.
I purchased the kit specifically to recover from drop foot. Unfortunately there are no specific instructions available how to stimulate the tibialis anterior and hallucis longus. Web support is mainly focussed on marketing and sales but not at all on how to support a patient with revalidation.
Would be good to have detailed instructions on where to place the electrodes to activate the target muscles. Advise on intensity and frequency. The kit works fine but support is far to limited to make me a happy customer.
If there would be links available to explain step by step how the kit works for each application and how to know where to place the electrodes, I would be very much interested. Ideally this service is provided by Compex
Finally the delivery service is slow vs other providers. It took Compex 4 days to deliver after ordering. Others manage in less than 48 h.
