I buy. 2 items the molecule and the mini wireless whit tens , i paid for fast shipping
The problem was i dont get my devices on time plus i got a email month later saying they have to cancel the wireless mini !!!!

It's better than the first time. Either way, I still haven't received the product. It even says on the website how many are available, but a few days later, you get an email saying it's not available and the order is being canceled. The first time around, I didn't hear anything for over a month, so I decided to call. At least this time around, when I called, he said they would be available in two weeks. Don't chat with them, they don't answer promptly. The company still has a long way to go. I'll order again next week, stay tuned.

Have used my Compex mostly for rehab after knee surgery. Had a problem with the devise but it was corrected quickly with very friendly service and no charge. Ordering extra parts is also no problem. Always fast and efficient service.

It's been 8 days and no update on either confirmation nor shipping updates.

I have called them for good 20 minutes but no response. Emailed them - still no response. Scan my bast***ds.

the charging port broke. broke in less than 2 weeks. waste of money.

Nothing to tell, quick and perfect

I am having some problems, I use it everyday, the first days I had no problems, but suddenly it began to give me problems, I chose de programa, intensity, time and heat and after few minutes it turns off.

correct service, good communication and follow-up and product very carefully packaged

Compex kept strength in my leg while in a straight leg brace before surgery and definitely helped post op before therapy.

I haven’t received my order yet with no follow up on shipping dates

The Elite 3.0 is a great device... Lots of modes and features!

Old Compex 3.0 has been in usage since 20 years, still working.
Nevertheless, the program to change to a new model has been very attractive. Hoping now it will last for next 20 years.

UPDATE - Received my order finally 1/12. It works as advertised thankfully. The ordering experience and customer service was less than acceptable though.
Ordered my product over a month ago and still yet to recieve. Emailed customer service to have them respond that the item was lost and asked if I wanted a refund. I responded that I woukd just like my order. Mind you, the entire time and yet still, the order on their we site still just shows "processing". They may have good products, thats yet to be seen if i ever receive it, but their customer service is seriously lacking. To be thorough, I emailed customer service for an update and have yet to receive one. One star is a bit generous at this point.
