I have had chronic back pain for over 30 years...I'm 68 and have had 2 back surgeries. Your product 'comes to my rescue,' and gives relief when the nagging ache moves around! It also preps me for activities and helps restore me afterwards!

We ordered a device that we urgently needed for rehab and customer service was very friendly and promised to send out the device with express delivery unfortunately it didn’t work out and we had to leave for our holidays without the device. And now the delivery might end up in front of our door for a couple of days. The tracking number didn’t work…

Apparently my order was cancelled without even getting an email. After 3 weeks of waiting and checking the website and status of my order I was told that my order was cancelled. No email so I could have ordered another gift, no apology no nothing. Will definitely not be purchasing from this company ever again.

I ordered this item on December 7th, and it still has not shipped. I contacted customer service through the chat option on the website, and after 45 minutes still had no response to my inquiry about estimated delivery time. If I ordered this item through Amazon today, I would have it tomorrow.

Terrible service from Compex Canada (DJO, Enovis... all of them).
I bought an Ayre Wireless Compression Recovery Boots on November 30th, 2024. Until today (Dec 12th, 2024) I did not receive it.
In addition, the operators are very badly trained. Nobody has an adequate answer and try to solve the problem.
I called three times and always got different answers without any solution.
Their answers were:
First call (Dec 11th, 2024): Your address is not correct. We will send it to you tomorrow. --- waiting until now.
Second call (Dec 16th, 9 AM): We do not have the product to send it to you. You can cancel the order. I will call you back today with a solution. --- waiting until now.
Third call (Dec 16th, 5 PM): We do not have the product. The solutions are: You cancel the order or buy at normatec. We will send it to you in the next 3 weeks.
I need my product for Dec 20th. 2024
Unbelievable!!! How do they sell a product they do not have in stock? Very disrespectful from Compex.
Compex is not a serious company anymore.
I’m giving you one star because after I ordered and paid for it you didn’t have any!!!
Only received half of what I ordered, with no indication when the other half will arrive.

Horrible customer service. More than 10 days and they didn’t ship my order. They couldn’t solve my issue. Then they cancel the order, I ordered again and they STILL didn’t ship it to me.
