Excellent service. Very professional and helpful.

I have used Complete Home Surveys a couple of times and would highly recommend. Surveys were arranged quickly and reports were very clear. Admin staff very helpful and professional.

Recently ordered a level 3 house survey on my very first house purchase, the survey was so thorough and clear! Emma was also so helpful and friendly on the phone, and got the survey booked in quickly with no issues!

The survey pointed out existing issues with the house, areas where they noticed there had been previous repairs (not disclosed to me by the seller) and areas that could lead to very expensive repairs in future. Thankful I got the survey before going through with that purchase!

They were super quick to get a date! The report was very detailed and easy to read. I had a few concerns after reading the report so scheduled a call with the surveyor who put my mind at ease and ran through all my concerns with me! We have had a fantastic experience with Complete Home Surveys. Emma is extremely patient and understanding, she is a credit to the company. Sean (our surveyor) wrote brilliant quality reports in a timely manner and was able to provide some follow up phone calls to discuss parts of the report in detail.

Got a level 2 survey back in April and it was honestly just a waste of money. They missed so many things that are now becoming issues in the house and costing a lot of money.
