Although some initial delays which were generated from the solicitors on the other side, I was fairly pleased with conveyancing experts work especially towards the completion of the deal .

Dealing with Conveyancing Expert has been an absolutely awful experience and if we could provide them with a zero rating we would.

CE were recommended by our estate agents Reed Rains in Salford - they claimed to have a great working relationship with CE - what a joke!!!

This should have been a straight forward sale with a first time buyer who required only a 10% mortgage and no onward chain.

The whole process took nearly six months to complete. There was no single point of contact and they could not be contacted on the phone (it always goes to messaging) or email!! They never replied to a single voice message or email during the whole process....but at the start of the transaction they accused us of asking too many questions (we left a few messages and emails as we never got any response). They immediately refused to correspond with us ever - we had to rely on the estate agent as a go between (and they were equally unhelpful). Reed Rains attitude was 'You can't expect conveyancers to speak to you (their clients) otherwise they wouldn't have time to get any work done'!

On completion they overcharged us by nearly £1500.00 despite the fact that under their own terms and conditions they state no additional costs will be incurred unless approved in writing.

Following a futile attempt to resolve this matter with CE we are we are now taking this up with the industry ombudsman.

On reflection we should have sacked them at the start - the lack of interest in speaking to clients should have been a huge red flag. Please avoid Conveyancing Expert (their name belies their ineptitude) - save yourself the stress and frustration of trying to deal with them and pay a little bit more for a genuinely recommended conveyancing solicitor

First-time buyer here and I was totally clueless. Conveyancing Expert were absolutely brilliant from day one. Rebecca and Zanthe handled everything – quick replies, explained every step in plain English, chased the seller’s side when needed and got me completed on time with no stress at all.
Fixed fee, no hidden extras, and genuinely lovely people to deal with.

Couldn’t have asked for a smoother purchase. Highly recommend the team!

I recently used Conveyancing Expert for the sale of a property, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. The entire process was handled with exceptional professionalism, efficiency, and care. Communication was always clear and timely, and I felt fully supported throughout what can often be a stressful experience.

A particular mention must go to Zarqa Khawaja, whose dedication and proactive approach truly set the service apart. Fairly quick completion as sale was a probate property with no onward chain. Some requested paperwork was duplicates of that already provided to estate agents. Other paperwork needed posting as not able to accept scans of documents. Online portal handy to see progress of transaction. Didn’t need to speak to anybody about things except confirming receipt of signed for mail. Some phone contact but calls promised not made ( soecifically on the day of exchange, no call to confirm completion had taken place, found out by email 4 hours later- (good job I didn’t need funds for an onward ourchase)
Quick enough to send through final account though!
All in all, a good service as transaction was cash buyer and no onward chain so nothing complicated.

I can’t thank Conveyancing Experts enough! From the very start, the onboarding process was smooth, and every question I had was answered quickly and clearly. When I was assigned Thomas to handle my file, he was absolutely brilliant.

We had a tight deadline at the end of October because we were emigrating, and Thomas made it happen! He kept me updated every step of the way and was always a joy to speak to, he never made me feel like I was bothering him, no matter how many times I called.

Sanduni in particular made our whole process VERY simple. Selling and buying a house can be stressful and the paperwork side was not! We knew exactly what we needed to do and when we needed to do it. We had a pushy buyer who was trying to make things difficult for us when our upward chain was taking their time. Sanduni managed to get both the sale and the purchase to exchange on the same day which my partner and I never thought would happen! Special mention and thanks to Zarqa and Jenna for persistence in completing my sale. They had to deal with very awkward buyers solicitors who made what should have been a very straightforward transaction overly protracted. They have my recommendation

Appalling from start to finish.
They destroyed documents, lost documents, endless delays, confusion… if it hadn’t been for the amazing estate agent keeping things moving, the sale may never have completed.
I complained and they gave me some money as a ‘good will gesture’. Hopeless.
I’m using a different solicitor to buy a property and I cannot fault them. Good ones are available, this is not one of them!

Our experience with Conveyancing Experts was very quick, the purchase of our home was 3 months to the date of viewing it so we was very pleased. Overall we are very happy new homeowners.
