If you value your sanity, do not think about using this company. Recommended by our estate agent. What a mistake. Team 4. Attention to detail is appalling. Sent important documents to the wrong email address. Do not reply to emails. Do not answer phone calls. They lost important financial paperwork, then found it again, only after we’d resent it for a second time. For the vast majority of our dealings with them there was no answer phone facility to leave a message. Even when we could, towards the tail end of our experience with them, never returned our calls. If you want to do all the conveyancing work yourself then this is the ideal company to use. Woeful. Avoid at all costs.

I have been looked after by team 3 for the sale of my property. I have received excellent service from them and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending their service.
A special mention for Thomas who kept me up to date with things at the latter end of the process and did what he said he was going to do.

I have to say I agree completely with Kate's review. Once Zarqa was handling our transaction, the process went very smoothly.

Zarqa was great! The company was not great in our experience. Communication was poor and to get an update was difficult. To speak to a Conveyancer was an uphill struggle, usually by saying we were going to make a formal complaint,that is unacceptable. Once Zarqa was dealing with our sale and purchase communication improved and the service was much better. She worked hard to achieve our exchange and we appreciate this.

It was good experience working with Helen and team (team 4), they had great patience in clarifying each queries and guiding throughout the process.

They are dealing with the buyers of our house and are absolutely awful. We accepted the offer at the end of February and they are still coming back with queries. We have a new build house and first time buyers so it really shouldn’t be this difficult. We have had to pay out over £1000 so far to try and resolve queries but still nowhere near completing. Our solicitors and estate agent cannot understand why they have raised so many queries. They were recommended by our estate agent……. Do not go with them they are absolute cowboys.

I have heard a lot of people saying how stressful buying a house is and especially dealing with solicitors, lead times, etc.
Well, I have to say that for me, this was not the case. Conveyancing Expert and the team made this process run so smooth and clear all the way, that I cannot find best words to express my gratitude for the service provided. Conveyancing Expert was recommended by the estate agent and I did not know at the time, that they were not local to me, which made me panic a little. However, all staff I dealt with (Ms Nicoline Kotze and Ms Bethany Lawton) were absolutely brilliant. They kept me updated at every step and providing clear explanations of all the processes and documentation. Always responding timely to my inquiries and always making sure I understand all the information before I sign any document. Quite responsive and helpful. Process was a bit longer than expect it but nothing out of ordinary, but I'm pretty sure that every single case has its own particularity. Overall we were happy with their services.

We had been recommended these by our Estate Agents.
Should have been a simple transaction with a no chain sale to 1st time buyers using the same solicitors.
They don't reply to emails, never update you and are hard to contact on the phone, don't expect to have any contact with the same person.
Save yourself the headache and use someone local (They will probably be cheaper also.)

As a retired Mortgage Adviser I have over the years used and delt with many conveyancers with mixed results.

Conveyancing Expert gets a 5 as they fulfilled all the requirements a seller/buyer requires.
Ongoing communication, returning your calls promptly and pretty efficient in all there dealings. It was only a first time buyer with no on going change but under 8 weeks is good. It helps that the purchaser also used a good conveyancer that helps a lot. Also a point a lot of people often overlook is that my money was in my account within a few minutes of completion. A LOT of firm hang on to your money for a fair time keeping it into there account and earning interest on your money.Very pleased

Mixed emotions on this.
To start it all seeed fine and going well.
Then the solicitor dealing with our conveyancing left the company.
We only found this out due to emailing her as had no communication from her for a few weeks.
We then were passed to quite a few and seemed to be being ignored we felt.
Took 4 months and no chain to complete and it all seemed to take a very long take with very little communication which at times was extremely stressful!
However we did move and we are in our dream home and very happy.
We do feel however more communication is very much needed.
Buying a new home is the biggest financial commitment ever and your solicitor is supposed to support you in each step.
We felt lost and forgotten most of the time.
However we got some personalised mugs posted to us to congratulate us on our new home which was a nice touch. Shame we didn’t feel this all the way through this process.
