Very slow process. Not hearing you as a client only doing their own thing. Pushy sometimes if they need for themselves, also the contract wording very confusing and not giving a proper explanation of things. Everything is on email, hard to get to talk with them. Every time a different person deals with your case. Did not feel they are helping, was confused if I am the client or the other part is as sometimes it felt that they are helping the other parts interests more than mine.

Found them to be very professional and helpful throughout and made the whole process less stressful. Would definitely recommend. Special thanks to Hayley and Jenna.

I agree with the other 1star reviews we had a no chain sale to first time buyers but the process was riddled with mistakes, used incorrect email at one point so someone else would have received some of the documents. Request for information come once a week and only one item at a time when all could be done at the same time, not a smooth process with them at all and very stressful, taking far too long when could have been completed weeks ago. Raised complaint and concerns to estate agent and still awaiting on a response. Would not recommend using.

Conveyancing Expert Limited completed the process within 3 months after I confirmed to use their service, which was efficient and appreciated. They were responsive to our questions, usually replying within a few days, and followed up with the seller’s solicitor to obtain updated documents within a week. Overall, a smooth and reliable experience.

I was directed to conveyancing expert from my estate agent. They were very good but I found frustrating I had multiple emails from different people. This found it difficult to understand who I was dealing with. Saying that, they all had good communication, polite and respectful and Laura was especially good at seeing us over the line, when same was dragging on…. Would use again.

At first, we were hesitant to use Expert Conveyancing as our solicitors because they are located 250 miles away from both our current address and the property we were purchasing. However, any concerns we had quickly disappeared once the process began. Every member of staff we interacted with was incredibly helpful and always took the time to explain everything in a way we could easily understand, which was so important given how many technical terms are involved in conveyancing.

We were assigned Ms. Bethany Lawton as our solicitor, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Bethany was consistently prompt in her responses, always replying to emails within 24 hours and answering our calls whenever we needed reassurance or advice.

Despite the process becoming long and complicated due to issues on the seller’s side, Expert Conveyancing made everything as smooth and stress-free as possible. Their professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care for their clients truly stood out.

The process was very smooth and efficient

I was referred to this solicitors via YourMove as I was struggling to find one to trust myself.
I read there reviews and with it not being to far agreed. They were very easy to talk to and always available over the phone, however the information wasn’t always correctly loaded from the case manager to the customer service side. Emailing sometimes gets lost and replies can be a wait. I did find myself doing a lot of chasing, because we were under pressure from the seller. They never made a fuss and did always try to help. My process from putting in an offer to completion has took just over 2 month which I think is fantastic. Our case manager was Jamuna, we didn’t speak much but when we did she was always forthcoming and polite. It’s been a very busy time for conveyancing with the stamp duty increase, so I was empathetic about work load etc. Overhaul the company has been great, I would just suggest chasing if you want updates. I also think an online portal would be beneficial to the business which they do not have, so customers who struggle without updates can get them easier and without bothering the solicitors all the time. I do however believe this is something that’s currently being worked on.
