They somehow left out our payroll for…

They somehow left out our payroll for Q2 of 2021 in the filling even though they had received the payroll reports for that quarter along with the other quarters. So we won’t be getting the a tax credit for that quarter. Kind of a big error on there part. When I emailed regarding the error I got no response.

As you may be aware, the forgiveness period for the second round of PPP loans was set at 24 weeks. To ensure full compliance with the IRS ERC program, we had to exclude all wages paid during that period, including those in Quarter 1 and Quarter 2 of 2021.

We understand that you provided us with payroll information for all quarters, and we sincerely appreciate your cooperation. However, as your trusted advisors, it is our responsibility to ensure that your business is safeguarded against any potential mistakes that could arise. By following the prescribed guidelines and excluding the relevant wages, we can assure you that we are maintaining the utmost compliance with the IRS ERC program.

It looks like you are about a month and a few days in with us here since your file was sent to IRS, and the IRS has been taking anywhere from 3-6 months to provide the credits via a check for each quarter. Your account is approved and sitting at the government, fingers crossed your name is pulled next :)

The process was relatively easy

The process was relatively easy. We had to send many documents but the reward was worth it. ERC specialists kept in contact with us throughout the process. The only downfall was it took 7 months.

We applied in January

We applied in January - told we were receiving over $70K back in 8-10 weeks. Now when we call, no one answers or returns our call. Seems like they scammed us.
