Service was good and process was straightforward but the cost ended up more expensive than 4 years of tax accounting for this one payroll refund application.

Possibly it is too soon to accurately…
Possibly it is too soon to accurately answer this question. The issue is that today I received a rejection letter from the IRS, presumably at least in part because ERC is not currently eligible to practice before the IRS.
Maybe you all can get this corrected but that is the status as of today.

Upon receiving your feedback, we immediately investigated the issue and discovered that there was a clerical error made by our processing partner. This error has affected a few dozen of the 30,000 files successfully submitted to the IRS. We have been in close communication with our processing partner, who has assured us that they are working diligently to rectify the situation. We do not get paid on the work we do until you receive your ERC credit as we do not charge any upfront fees so it is in our best interest to ensure they fix this.
While we are confident that this issue will be resolved in the next few days. We want to assure you that we are actively working on it, and we will personally reach out to you as soon as the matter is resolved, we did just leave you a message on voicemail to explain over the phone.
We genuinely value your business and appreciate your understanding during this challenging situation. We understand that this experience may have caused frustration and uncertainty, and we apologize for any inconvenience it has caused you. Rest assured, our team is committed to resolving this quickly.
